I was wondering if you could have an option to sell the bets maybe something like the other bookmaker's feature? I find that useful at some point when there's a feeling that I'm going to lose.

It's not present in a regular sportsbook, most popular sportsbook here does not offer that, I think we call that betting exchange.

A few other books using the same odds provider (Sportsbet.io, Stake, Wink, etc) do have a cashout option so it should be very possible for Bitsler to add the feature if they wanted to.

I noticed it too. I really think they should also have this option I sometimes made a mistake in placing a bet and this kind of feature would really help me at least not to bust out all of my bets. I'm good with a little reduction.

My bad, I didn't notice the link at the very bottom of the sidebar. It doesn't seem like there's explicit mention of Asian Handicap rules so imo if support told Bitcoinsummoner one thing that wasn't described elsewhere, it's probably the fault of support.

To be honest Bitsler have an "ok" support team, but there are lots of room for improvement. Based on my past inquiries with live support, I would recommend Thomas as he seem to be the best or one of the best in that department.

Regardless, if support is misleading players (even unintentionally), and stating rules not mentioned elsewhere that have a significant effect on the actual bet, I feel like that's on Bitsler. Generally you'd expect customer support to provide accurate information.

How live Asian Handicaps work on a lot of sportsbooks (and what support supposedly told Bitcoinsummoner) is that they ignore the current score, so if the score was 2-1, and a -0.5 asian handicap was offered on the home team, it's is a "real" -1.5 handicap since the handicap would be relative to the initial score of 2-1.

Well to clear this up, I'm in contact with bitsler support right now. I have Gustavo, and I asked that he personally explain this stuff coz it is not something I can answer with accuracy.

I directed Isildur to this issue when I saw him on Eng chat yesterday, he said he will look for whoever is knowledgeable with this.

One could argue that support and bitcoinsummoner may have had a conversation which unfortunately had some language gap(some of the former support representative, in my opinion, is kind of a challenge to deal with). I personally have given them feedback, which I did not to ridicule but to let them know they have done quite a poor customer assistance. From my observation, these last 2 instances that I have contacted support, I think Bitsler have changed their customer representatives. Not that it will do any good for Bitcoinsummoner's experience, but for the better future player experience in Bitsler.

So because the bet was less than $10, the payout was 12.5%.
If his bet was $10 then he would've won around 30 BTC resulting in $341000 at the time.

Actually, all the crypto sportsbooks I'm aware of do it this way. Concerning Bitcoinsummoner, I'll have look into the conversations as I'm not sure what was said between him/her/other and support. Actually, all the crypto sportsbooks I'm aware of do it this way. Concerning Bitcoinsummoner, I'll have look into the conversations as I'm not sure what was said between him/her/other and support. I don't think money was lost seeing as though the bet was refunded but I digress, should reach a resolve/explanation that is satisfactory to everyone pretty soon.

I really want everyone to be aware of things like this especially if it causes confusion which isn't our intent, even if it's only to a few, and that's why we've decided that we'll add this in the rules section as well seeing as we really want everyone to be happy.

Lagging can sometimes happen. That is inevitable. If a site has to do with maintenance there may be a delay. Then it is also the responsibility of the player that he does not consciously bet on a quotation that a customer knows cannot be correct. A player should also be honest to the bookmaker in my opinion.

I think that was just a little server error I was not able to experience it since I just woke up and based on what I experience I think it's already fixed now. I got lucky on the blackjack anyway I got pretty lucky with that game.

Yes, I'm well aware that the group stage was already over when I asked that. What I'm trying to say is that there was no event/promotion held during group stage and it seems there's no plan for round of 32 (Europa League) and round of 16 (Champions league). The weekly soccer league only covers local competitions from different leagues but I think that can also be done for international competitions. That's a combined 24 games and it's going to be a two-legged tie from what I know.

I'm just throwing some ideas here. It's up to the Bitsler team if they'll take it.

I checked the conversation between Bitcoinsummoner and support, and seems that the info provided was accurate after talking to our sports manager. I consider this as fully resolved now.

Update 2 concerning previous questions:
*Resolved: often bets are stuck and pending for hours without a reason
**To-do: sometimes the odds are not available for good events
*Resolved: the settlement of bets needs to be worked upon
**To-do: feautre to change/sell/withdraw/cashout/cancel bets once it's been placed
*Resolved: I observed there are a lot of upcoming game on bitsler but when reach in play time/live it goes away.
*Resolved: on goal section they have only 2 option both team teams to score yes/no. In few game there might have few additional.
*Resolved: Promotions like all other sportsbook offer because really it feels strange betting with no promo because everyone is offering something like NBA and UFC but here no promotions are being offered yet
*Resolved: 'won' the game on the 15th minute but still there was not the game. Then I contacted on support they told me to wait until end the game
*Resolved: limit is just too low compared to other sites
*Resolved: Grading: Sometimes the bets are pending for hours even after the event has ended.
