I have no idea Which World Cup promo you talk about but for chests you have to take related Key to open it. For example, Gold accounts get one gold and 1 platinum chest per rank. After getting platinum rank you can open the chests with your new platinum key.  The level up prizes don't worth so far and I have stopped doing it long time ago. Other platforms have better offers to wager $150k, I don't want to be stuck for smaller nitro or low rank chests on Bitsler.

for that matter I don't want to comment further because in the past I have bet on Duelbits only bet on poker and I have never had a problem there.

Maybe you only do betting on poker so you're not really aware of the odds limit on sports betting on Duelbits.

Like 'panjul07' has said above, you should contact their live support to know the exact reason. There could be various reasons for a pending withdrawal. Have you checked your mailbox? You should have received an email about your pending withdrawal as 5 days has been passed already.

It is probably KYC requirement that holds current withdrawal request.
After my last withdrawal they have removed my Nitro while I only used 4-5 out of 7 days Nitro boost. Support didn't even care what I asked and only explanation was I have to increase wager to bring it back, no positive answer for lossback request on level up too. IMO, they can't get new users and doing manual reviews on accounts to find excuses for covering business expenses.
