Sigh. Still nothing.

Is there any point in putting in a support request?

Same problem here..

I think they'd be better off putting a message on the front of their web page just giving everyone a heads up on delay..

How long until I get my BTC?

I'm on day 8 now, its gonna be a while friend. After day 6, my order is now showing "manual order" in the event log, but its status is still pending and I have nothing yet.

It has been over 24 hours now and still no BTC....  Why is this so hard?  What else do you need from me? If you are going to send my BTC then please do so...  If you are not going to send me anything for the money you received from me then just publicly admit to this scam and we can all move on.... Please understand - I am angry because of your continued lack of support and service... all I want is what I paid for... Pay the damn coins!! Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry

Exact same thing happened to me today. It's been hours and I still haven't gotten a response from Customer Support other than the first automatic email that they sent.

My details are

06/23/13 13:45   Coinapult error   9f7f60b6-2049-44da-9515-885e08c49fdd
Transaction ID: f4db4e3a-ecdb-4370-a522-f3b03faa2ac3

Crap. I need coins, but I'm afraid to order. I can't afford to have my money in limbo again :/
You can buy them through me:

Order ID (930f1529-b982-4d6e-9660-fe881d8077ce)
Bitinstant still owe me 4 BTCs. They  manually processed my order after a month of payment but I only received 2/3rd of my order.
Since the value of the BTC has risen so drastically, they are now completely ignoring me when I try to contact them (support and here in Bitcoin talk). According to the Bitinstant policy, "We always give you the BTC at time of your deposit, and if the issue was our fault we always refund fees." Obviously they are not standing by their own policy and have not been professional in this situation.  A support ticket was opened for me on April and supposedly my situation was going to get resolved. I even exchanged messages with a tech explaining my situation. But then they started to ignore  all of my messages and support tickets once again. I want another support ticket opened for me to see if my situation can finally be resolved after several months.

If you have an issue with your order please log your issue at support.bitinstant.com

If you don't put in a formal support request then you risk never receiving any solution.  However, I would suggest waiting 24 hours before logging your issue.

When customers provide invalid order info it causes the order to fail.  We need to manually correct these customer errors and reprocess them which takes time.  The solution is to triple check your order for errors before you send it off.

I made a cash deposit on June 11th -- and I'm STILL missing my coins. Support has been.. unhelpful. I've had to reach out to facebook, I've tried twitter, and now I've found this forum. WTF? Thank god it wasn't a large sum.. but still - 14 DAYS. I've queried support and gotten nothing in response via email. this is REALLY frustrating. Sad

You've added no order info to your post which doesn't allow me to take any action.  Sad

Sorry. I've got a support ticket open, but haven't heard anything on them in a long while, even after qurerying status last week (I don't suppose there's much staff there on the weekends).

I actually made two transactions -- one was taken care of last week, but queries on the second have gone unanswered. I know y'all are working hard back there in the support dept. I've had that job in the past, and I know it's hard work dealing with upset customers all the time. Y'all do have my sympathy. But after so long I'm getting cranky and trying every avenue I can to find resolution. The 11th was a LONG time ago.

The bitInstant dashboard shows the transaction number as: 9d3f16c8-6837-48c7-9aeb-76959ba5eb9d

I've just pushed your order thru.  Please allow up to a few hours for it to hit the blockchain.  Sorry for any delays.
