Yes that is correct.  Here in our country we can buy bitcoin by depositing the amount you requested on the bank you prefer.  And maybe as time goes by and when bitcoin really make a name or really recognized, maybe all the banks will use bitcoin and accept it.  Maybe they will place atm bitcoin besides atm dispensing cash.

In straight way we can say no bank accept bitcoins, but people using Bitcoins can accept payments in bank. This seems quite strange. Basically banks have to upgrade to start to accept bitcoins. But it will take certain time due to high volatility in price.

Now stellar and Ripple already make tie ups with biggest banking and payment processing service providers which can give more mobility and control over volatility.

Is there any bank/financial institution somewhere in the world that has embraced Bitcoin? Not that I'd deposit my money there, I'm just curious to know it.
At the present time now, there is no bank that accelting bitcoin so far.. it's only connect to merchants before it goes to bank not directly as accept as payment. Maybe in a long run it could possibly be happens.

I have heard that in some countries they have been accepted bitcoin as one of the accepted currency in their banks. Some online wallets has a withdrawal option on where banks are they wanted to cash out the money, it is up to you on when and where do you want to withdraw it.

There is one now I just read it here:

this is good news fellow bitcoin earners...

You didn't bother to read the article , did you?

“As soon as they send Bitcoin to our address, we credit the value in the currency the customer has selected to their checking account,” added Gastauer. “The funds are instantly available on the account and can be sent out by wire transfers or spent with a WB21 debit card. The process to convert Bitcoin into cash on a bank account is the fastest I am aware of. For us, the acceptance of Bitcoin is a great way to support our global rollout and improve customers’ fund-depositing experience.”

They are not doing bitcoin deposits.
There are just exchanging it for fiat the moment you deposit in your account.

There are banks all around that has started to accept bitcoin into their services. More banks have started working on our blockchain technology as well has invested into bitcoin. The latest bitcoin accepting bank was opened in Austria. By the years to come can see banks even in your locality.

Name of that bank please?

In our generation now in my idea about it, there is no any bank that accepting bitcoin unless there is a merchants who will become
a bridge to become useful to the community, like coins.ph you can use any banks by simply using their sites.

there are banks in south east asia that accepts Bitcoin as payment. for example in Jakarta Indonesia, Bitcoin is very popular and they are accepting bitcoins as payments despite of its volatility. since 1USD = 13292.99 indonesian's rupiah , they never use actual paper money for transaction, instead they are using cards and sometimes bitcoins.

WB21, a digital bank, is accepting Bitcoin for funding your account. Your bitcoins can then be sold and the funds will get credited instantly to your WB21 account. The good thing is they have over 18 currencies so you can save some bucks with currencies exchange. Their debit card has maybe the lowest fees compared to others bitcoin debit card providers like advcash ect.

In France, Paymium is officially recognized (and you can use it in many European countries).
You can use services that will be "like a bank". Xapo for example will keep your bitcoins and give you a debit card to withdraw and pay in FIAT, that can be considered as a very simple banking service.
You can also "lock" your stash into USD on a service like coinapult, it can be useful for small e-commerce if you don't want to deal with volatility and also don't want to deal with -for example- BitPay.

Paymium is a pure Bitcoin exchange, there is nothing that make it like a bank. Because you can deposit Euros in your account doesn't mean it's a bank  Cheesy Who is crazy to use a Bitcoin exchange as his bank?

I have read somewhere on the web that there is a bank that is already accepting bitcoin and I remember this is that establishment:
WB21, a digital bank, is accepting Bitcoin for funding your account.

But majority there is no local bank that is directly accepting bitcoin as payment as they will not interfere with it as it is decentralized.

Do you have a valid data about it..?? Indeed, indonesia could buy and in the bitcoin trading. But I know from those who trade and users of bitcoin in indonesia, they've yet to get official information from any bank that is in those countries that bitcoin can be used as an alternative reception or the transaction.Well, I did see that everyone using bitcoin in indonesia is extremely remarkable. Because of that I've seen, transactions in indonesia has a very high level and also the price comparison in the country is extremely high

There is no Fiat/BTC exchange services but banks accepting payments to bitcoin exchanges means they condone it. Same what actually happened with paypal.
They condone the currency but not actively support it.

Officially few banks accept BTC owner's accounts "not usual people, but exchanges and companies as well as P2P heavy exchangers", I seen a press release about "32" or something that is a bank and offering BTC accounts, But without interest, hence it's the same as keeping your coins in any wallet, unless you are not confident in your ability to secure your own coins.

Here in my Country here at Philippines. My bitcoin wallet is coins.ph and has  few partner in depositing bitcoins thru banking. So you pay cash and then exchange in bitcoin  direct to your wallet address, example of the bank is BDO. If in withdrawing bitcoin there is only 1 bank that accepts bitcoins cash-out here at P.H you can cash-out even if you don't have ATM. Just go to the nearest Security Bank and type the detailed that has been text to you to cash-out money.

In my country the regulatory body which is the Central Bank has been clamping down on any bank that accept bitcoin, nevertheless there various e-exchanges that accept cash for buying of bitcoin which is transfer directly to any wallet, also selling of bitcoin is channeled towards the exchanges making the banks irrelevant in most of the transactions i.e pays into an account for bitcoin and withdraw through an account for bitcoin.

There is no bank offering interest on deposited BTC and that's the main thing you expect from a bank, since just opening an account to keep BTC is not very important with BTC (And a bank would just be a focused goal for hackers) and anyone can open a wallet in Electrum and use it..
Usually official banks avoid the decentralized anonymous bitcoins.

Not yet and it would take a long time for one of them to do that, because BTC is very hard to regulate and that's the rule in the banking world in these days, Also embracing BTC will not offer much to BTC users, because wallets already make it very easy to manage your money.
