I agree with you the sports betting is the largest betting activities in the gambling world. This will give high revenue to the casino owners. Definitly when betting with money = gambling already it's like any other gambling activities like betting on casinos see there are no difference there's the word betting and if you are playing or placing your money to any team then its gambling.

Sportsbetting , dice , plinko , bingo , raffle , lottery they are all a form of gambling . They are just different ways of games but as long as there is a money involve to win or to lose it is still a gambling. As long as there is a risk that you can lose or you can win money.

Yeah as long as there are money related to bet it is going to be considered as gambling. And all you have said are types of gambling games. I agree on this if we want to do sports betting means we should have more knowledge on sports. And yes this is something to do with talent. But only with the talent we can not make money in gambling. Yes, definitely. The definition of gambling means "play games of chance for money" or "take risky action in the hope of a desired result". Betting on sports just because you have some knowledge on it doesn't mean it's not a risky action. Anything where you are risking money without a guaranteed profit is considered gambling.

that is not completely right because even in sports betting or even in any other kind of betting that is based on skills and experience like poker for example, there is still a big factor called luck which is still effective enough to consider the game as a "gambling" game.

I think you miss understanding what gambling and sports betting are. The gambling has two types of games one is luck base games called slot games. Another one is skill games called sports betting and other knowledge base games.The sports betting is the part of the gambling. So if you do sports betting, then it is called gambling.

Yes betting in sport is the same as gambling because we spend money to make a profit if you win, and it's very dependent on luck. All the games are not necessarily enter into gambling but all games that require betting that includes gambling.
