1. create new wallet (give it a name)
2. Show Advance Options
3. Click Specify Your Wallet Seed
4. Enter your Wallet Seed and Create

I have all the instructions in Portuguese and Can't change the language
The topic "Click Specify Your Wallet Seed" doesn't aper. In Advance Options I have:
1. Wallet information
2. Searcher for funds
3. Export
4. Exclud

The Searcher for funds finds nothing.
one other question, what do you call the seed, the First address, the Extended public key? This is the only information I have.

the seed is what most wallets use, a random string of words . the first address and the "extended public key" are NOT your seed and you CANNOT import with them.
either your have the random word seed, or you don't have the coins man, plain and simple.
seeds look like this ;

Posts above are all about mining, after all I have and know finally what is a seed, put the thing in English but can't see in Advance Options
the point "Click Specify Your Wallet Seed".

The other option, to download the wallet 64 bit system windows-amd64-20160127-02.zip I run the dcrd --testnet -u user -P pass ​as all the programs in the directory open and close without letting me do nothing....

It is added to Bittrex already as a disabled market they are doing now some internal tests, Richie said that it will go live once they tested and got to work everything
