Imagine decred from 0.003 to 0.024. It's possible and with only 21 millions coins it could reach higher prices.

Decred has only ~1.7 mil coins at the moment. Half of them owned by 0 company and I don't think we will see them on the market soon.

For one you want to use diff 1 . everything above that is already diff 4 and more than , lets say 5 gh/s should use diff 8

I think you're right. The present instability in financial markets is contributing too. Haven't seen so many articles in the financial press questioning the wisdom of central banks ever. Plus gold seems to have turned a corner.

Yes, could be fresh money pouring into ETH and found its way to EXP and DCR or it could just be whales having some fun.  Seriously though, if EXP is scamy, devs would have dumped the premine on this insane rise and skip town.  Instead, they are in the slack channel all day discussing what's ahead for EXP.  

Decred couldn't have picked a better time to launch.  Been trying to buy some in the low 200k range but it doesn't look like I'll have that chance.

I think they are going to implement it, according to the dev team the stake pool will be out on the next few days.
