If btc was banned everywhere then your lawful BTC exchanges would shut down, and perhaps btc will be employed to deal in illegal items?

Well if bitcoin banned on your place you can't use it for sure nor trade it. But always think that bitcoin is now globally accepted in many countries so you can still use it when you travel far away from your place. Bitcoin will surely become more useful in the coming years, so people don't think that bitcoin will be banned, this is the future.

there is a place where bitcoin will be completely legal.
If bitcoins will be banned in one country then use exchanges in another country to exchange coins, does not mean someone can know that you have entered bitcoin on your machine. The world government can not ban bitcoin, they have to block thousands of websites and access the computer of its citizens to find evidence of bitcoin use, which is not feasible to do.

If bitcoin will be illegal, I think that some people would still continue to use it "underground." Some people may also continue using it because they think that they can't be tracked. Though it is nearly impossible for this to happen because countries are one by one starting to acknowledge bitcoin. If bitcoin will be banned, people will surely react, rally maybe? While some people who are unaware will not care, or rather surprised what they have been missing all along. Meanwhile, some bitcoin haters will tell that "I told you so" story.

What do you guys think it would happen if all the governments in the world declared bitcoin to be illegal?
How do you think the community would react? What could be the possible solutions?
Actually many people become mad if the bitcoin banned in worldwide because bitcoin is profitable for all people like me and if bitcoin banned in our country i'm going to move on but i hope that it will not happen because this is my way to get income everyday and to pay our bills. Sad

simple, people will switch to ethereum. as long as there is still cryptocurrency, there will always be a place to move. but, if everything has been banned, people will be looking for a new online business, maybe google adsense becomes the main choice.

If bitcoin is banned globally, I think it should trigger a global financial panic. But the development of blockchain should continue, and this should be one of the great inventions of this century.

If bitcoin was banned, that would be very devastating for the users of bitcoin. Bitcoin can become a source of income for those who are only staying at home. Bitcoin is really helpful for those who are in need of using it.

Bitcoin being banned may also be a sign that bitcoin might be a threat to them, but they do not know that bitcoin is very useful. If bitcoin is banned, there would be a lot of internet users that will be mad for that because some uses bitcoin for their daily necessities.

They should really think about the decision before banning bitcoin. Bitcoin must be legalized because the value of bitcoin is really high and the number of users is still increasing.
Well I think it’s not possible that bitcoin can banned we know that china banned bitcoin in his country but as other countries start to accept bitcoin so china also trying to review his decision about banned and in some parts of china bitcoin is working because bitcoin is going to help people and world need bitcoin and respect it.
Well I think there must be a strong reason to banned bitcoin and I think so there is a reason to banned bitcoin because bitcoin is going to help world economy and also it’s reducing unemployment from world so I don’t think so something happen to bitcoin bad and I believe that bitcoin will be the best currency for future.

To begin with Bitcoin cannot be prohibited by any solitary organization. Bitcoin is a decentralized Worldwide forex though it does not have the options similar holiday to a Fiat forex. One nation or two nations can prohibit Bitcoin for themselves. But they truly cannot Prohibit it for everyone. So I don't see that Bitcoin is going to be banned in near future. Stay relaxed and keep earning bitcoin.

What do you guys think it would happen if all the governments in the world declared bitcoin to be illegal?
How do you think the community would react? What could be the possible solutions?

I don't actually think that bitcoin can be banned globally. Only some countries can ban it and this causes in the reduction of price. And some people would be scared of this price decline. That's all.

If bitcoin was banned the price will dropped to $0 and many people will stop buying bitcoin. If they banned it the price of bitcoin will rapidly decreasing and it will have negative effect in bitcoin community and in bitcoin industry. Lastly, I hope they would not banned it.

There is a way to stop Bitcoin. Remember that the government has a control of the internet. The most possible way is the government blocking all kinds of wallet so that the circulation of Bitcoin will stop. By doing this even if you have Bitcoin on your wallet you can't use it because your wallet won't be accessible.

I would still use it. It's anonymous so I can't be tracked. Bitcoin would still go strong, it would just be taken underground.

People will always find a way to use bitcoin. It has been done before in some country and if the government are really serious about banning bitcoin then they would have go to all the trouble of making a much more regulated internet data monitoring or ban the internet itself if they want to stop bitcoin and its users.
