With paypal the paypal employees are you rescrow, which is comforting when you are doing nothing illegal.

However having a third party escrow would be better, since you have a  real objective party. F.e. if there is a grey area in your dispute, paypal will not choose the party with the minor transactions as a winner.

Bitcoin outcompetes paypal in every way.

I use paypal only if bitcoin is not accepted (in a lot of shop ;(). But i see more shops accepting bitcoin now so there is hope, potential and future growth.

I guess there will always 2/3 camps. But you are right, since bitcoin is the future and paypal has already an establed merchant directory, the choice is very hard.
In terms of potential bitcoin is the winner offcourse.

Bitcoin is mostly worse than paypal because you cant chargeback if someone does not deliver something to you. I have used paypal and that have worked well. Bitcoins need some services so you dont get scammed. Bitcoins is better when you send to trusted ppl.

there is escrow, if the goods do not arrive, the escrow will not release the funds, and you can have your funds back

so it's still better than paypal

You are wrong. If you use an esrow with bitcoins then you have to trust both the the other part and the escrow. Paypal is still the best. In the future this can change but for now paypal is better.

Just a couple of days ago I found this image:

It's the whole reason why bitcoin is so much stronger and better then any other payment gateway.

There is really nothing like it.

Trust escrow, right?

Read this buddy.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1306301.0

no one said that there is a perfect system when you can not get scammed at 100% each time, but having escrow is better than having nothing

trust me without escrow you will get scammed 90% of the time, probably 99%...

Where is the trust when escrow scams? And, AND! What kind of temptation does this bring onto "trusted" escrow services?

Edit:
Here, I'll make it easy on you.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=89329

you seems to have not grasp what i've said, without escrow it would be far worse, escrow simply limit the scam do not prevent it at 100%

if paypal fail one day due to bankrupt you would end with the same situation, all your money will be lost

Yes Bitcoin is safe and much more protected than any other payment gateway, that's why i choose Bitcoin for all the transactions over other competitors.

This is the main reason for me to use paypal. Even if you meet a scammer you will have your money being refunded.
With bitcoin.. it is a 100% loss.

Nice graphic. Like you i go with bitcon too. Simply because most of those companies use ridiculous fees.
Paypal charges 4% on any incoming transfer, which is crazy.

I have been told that don't accept payments via paypal, is that right?
Because when buyer will have his bitcoins then he can claim back money from paypal by saying that i haven't received desired product.

I'd say Paypal is great if you're the buyer (very safe, one of the safest payment methods). Bitcoin is only better if you're the seller, than you can't be scammed by chargebacks (since bitcoins transactions are final, not reversible).

I state that if you do a transaction through western union or paypal the charges for the transaction is high which is comparatively very low for transaction through bitcoin. So also choose bitcoin is primary one. It better than paypal.

If Paypal uses bitcoin as one of the many currencies, and can protect us, what is the problem when people do not like paypal?

The restrictions but also the fact bitcoin can't be used with them makes me choose bitcoin.
Companies like paypal are just to arrogant thinking people will stay with them if they block bitcoin

Paypal is just to oldskool. No new things just the same service with a different design.
The same is not good, same old big fees, the same restictions, the same crap.

Bitcoin is it.
