In future, when bitcoin will dominate in sending - receiving - depositing funds kind of bank works, I believe banks will start different type of banking like providing safe vault or mortgage kind of services alone. Banks will fall.

The loan business will always be done by those that have big capital. Banks wont be out of business for some time, but they will have to compete better, not just monopolize everything.

well considering that our world is ruled right now by the bankers , let s hope it is not the bank who will make bitcoin disappear lol
I do agree with same that banks are quite stronger at the moment right now to affect bit coin instead of BTC might affect the banks. Banks are ruling at the moment and it may take long time for BTC to be popular to keep banks behind as second option. |

The banks hate the bitcoin they only love the block system of it...
Banks do not hate bitcoin. I believe that both of these are going to be very good combination. If bitcoin and banks work together, both can help each other. It takes time but it'll happen for sure. |

They are two parallel system that can't be the same, like gold and paypal. Why we need banks? We needs only an environment that could accept easily btc! exactly my friend =) Banks are here only to use your money in ways you wouldn't profit! No point in banks at all! |

You are right, banks may survive, but not with the same facilities. Because bitcoin take care of all usual/traditional banking facilities. Banks will be forced to innovate to provide new services. |
