I don't think so. Everyone need a bank. Because they have money in cash. If there are no bank people has no storage for there money. So its really important.

I guess not, banks have different roles with bitcoin, as reliable storage for public money, the making of money, and borrowing money in the real world and if the bank does not exist, there may be economic damage

The best case scenario that I see is Bitcoin carving out a niche and competing on an equal footing with banks. Maybe include a few other cryptocurrencies that can handle a lot of microtransactions fast (I think somebody mentioned vending machines in another thread).

Bitcoin can make new banks stronger. If a bank integrates bitcoin in its payment system and provides bitcoin related service, this bank will be very popular.
Yes. I agree.

Yes, my bitcoin wallet is more equivalent ot my internet banking facility. Many people are predicting banks will adopt bitcoin ecosystem. But I predict banks will convert into a system similar to Bitcoin. Like there will be no physical banks.

Banks has they monopolio and people are connected to them as anything else you need money where do you go?Now you can try to fund your loan online for a lower ammount but the risks involved into bitcoin lending are huge as hell soo this isnt ready for it yet but in the future it may be the option and banks will loose their main source of income the loans.

I dont think that Banks will disappear, Bank and Bitcoins are two separate things for daily routine life you need bank and for online transactions you can go with bitcoins, Bitcoins is just like gold at some point you have to go for fiat currency, untill Bitcoin is not accepted globally Banks will be their , even after that also it will be their but the functions and work will change.

Bitcoin will not and cannot replace Bank's. Bank's have different purposes and functions (loans, investments, payroll functions on big companies and more) not only for depository purposes. Unlike Bitcoin, Bitcoin is just to purchase and Bitcoin wallets just to store Bitcoins.

Yes I suppose it could change some system nearly as may be easier, but you should always be ready to take your phone to scan barcodes, since every transaction requires it. or you can see here, but not in English https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=60&v=QFD9DQtiivs

Banks wont disappear but the business model will change.
Fractional banking will easily be replaced. And consumers will demand proof of liquidty. Organizations that have certain flexibility like Uphold that deal with multiple currencies and commodities will be the new banking model. I keep my money there over a bank any day. It just makes sense.

Banks are here to stay (unfortunately). People are so blinded by current economic system with banks as its pivot that are forgetting that in this system they are the slaves and a product - not a customers. Banks will just evolve, they took blockchain tech, use it to power their own altcoins (Citi Coin is alredy in creation!) and instead bitcoin will be pushed away.
