Bitcoin is not dead. I think those people who said bitcoin is dead are become dead near. Because if you see the price they still increasing even they have many challenge they can passed this because bitcoin is strong.

Yes it is true people who say bitcoin will die tend to people who are impatient and in my opinion bitcoin is not likely to die because the price someday will go up and that use bitcoin too much so I think it is unlikely that bitcoin will die . And can imagine if bitcoin is the main job for someone and one day will die will be many people who confused what work.

2018 is the worst year bitcoin ever had.  100% of uses cases gone.  All merchants gone.  Lightning totally stalled.  Some people don't know they are dead until long after the guillotine blade dropped. 

This site is an amazing example of denial - I think sometimes there will be people here 10 years from now 'hodling' sub-penny bitcoins asking, "When lambo?"

knowing that Bitcoin could fail all along, the now inescapable conclusion that it has failed still saddens me greatly. The fundamentals are broken and whatever happens to the price in the short term, the long term trend should probably be downwards. LoL I'm still waiting the day bitcoin comes back to its real value. Now it's too expensive, and beside that, bitcoin can't solve the real life problem. Just one thing I found that bitcoin is very useful in way we can transfer money oversea with only small fee. I do transfer from Canada to the USA, and it cost only 1/5 in the traditional way with really fast speed. My friend can receive it right away!
