Thoughts on Zcash?

Zcash is a nice coin to trade. I will not hold zcash for long term but i will trade in short term.
There is nice market cap in this coin not a dump-pump coin. technical analysis works good.

I think it is not good to trade. It is better to just hold the coin.

Zcash operates on a distributed Blockchain system, which helps hide the transactional information of the parties so the security is very high. As with Bitcoin, when trading means that you will publish all transaction information on an internet site, anyone can see transactions, addresses, money, .. But with Zcash, every Information is encrypted.

Actually ETH can't do true anonymity.

Anonymity is something that has to be in the core protocols, you can't build it on top with bolt on scripts or DAPs without some centralization.

As for everything else ETH related, well its all up for grabs Smiley

Moving onto Z.Cash, its the real deal, I've been over that paper a number of times now (bedtime reading Smiley ). 

Don't ask me to comment on Z.Cash v's Monero/Dash/et. al, ring signatures never interested me due to the 3rd party requirement, so I haven't researched them at all.

You know the market has become so clustered with different projects at different points that a project really has to do something to stand out my eyes these days. It used to be that a good idea got my attention, but I have seen so many good ideas come to nothing because either the developer didn't follow through or there was no support for the project.

 I heard that Zcash Foundation has announced that it is offering $80,000 grants to innovators and technologists for the advancement of the Zcash currency. I think It’s interesting news. Moreover, today Zcash surged more than 16%. May be we will see new ath in the nearest future.

Zcash has some very nice things going on, but at the same time there's 20 other coins that are attempting to do the same thing. In this day and age, you have to make good promises, have good ideas, and actually get to second base with them before you're really going to get my attention.

There's no better anon coins than those based on zk-SNARKS such as Zcash and Zencash, so you're comment is basically kind of pointless and you should probably take your own advice and look into why the other options are inferior.

I'm surprised Zcash barely moved on news of Atomic Swap exchange while this is purely what many coins are pumping on right now like BLOCK.

$400 will be here within weeks (or a week)… due to amount of accumulation in $200s; won’t spend much time in the $300 range… tbh, market is starved for news… one announcement can do this, even the smallest ANN could make this happen, overnight.
my view: we’ve been accumulating in $200s for (off top of head) a solid month+

The "Z" coins are severely undervalued right now. They have vastly superior privacy than the competition. I expect a "Z bubble" is upon on soon. Zcash, Zencash, Zcoin....all very exciting.

If they invest in ZEC, that could raise the price quite a lot.
