I am still holding my Zcash that I bought last year and I rebought more when it was at a price of 0.03 BTC per Zcash because it is very cheap and it will go up to 0.16 or more in the next bullcycle!

Late comer here. I bought into Zcash (ZEC) just recently, just above the 0.0401 BTC level - looks like it was a very good entry point... I know the floor could still be far below, but I felt the support line was strong enough. The 2018 roadmap looks solid, pretty sure overwinter and sapling can get good traction beneath them especially as they're doing it in case of government intervention. Plus there's good OpenBazaar testing already going on so that could really set the ball rolling for adoption.

for a weeks ago, i see the price of zcash is increase although its not significant but its still up and i see that zcash have a good chance to go up like before but i am hard to predict until how much the price will increase. so far, i think now the price of zcash is good to make a profit.

For me Zcash belongs to the best altcoins. It is among those cryptocurrencies that can bring a really cool profit if you start mining it. The growth of the alt (look at its charts: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/zcash/) also says that ZEC has future.

You do understand that an "expensive coin" coin doesn't mean anything without comparing it to the total supply. The supply is really small (3 millions coins), which explain the high price. Ripple is still "cheap" because the supply is almost 40 billions coins.
Look at the market cap, and not at the coin price.

Zcash have some very interesting features, but lot's of competitors. It might take off, or die. But the price has nothing to do here.

All the good coins have fallen badly and this coin is one among them. Likewise is XRP which is a good coin but fallen down at present. Keep buying smaller qty of such coin. Once the Feb starts market will start to recover and all such coins will recover very quickly and within weeks you will gain huge momentum. Do invest in other coins as well along with ZCASH.

I agree with that. If bitcoing goes up again, then almost all the coins in top 100 will follow (but with higher %). Look at coinmarketcap - either all is green, or all red - depending on bitcoin.

With growing cryptocurrency regulation ,  the value of anonymity coins will increase . I believe in a huge potential of zcash and other anonimity coins , because there always will be people who whants and needs to stay anonymous. But is not it better to invest in monero ? It is a most used coin in dark net

If you like ZCash, you should check out the coin named Zero. It is an improved version of the former, and it still sits at a very low market cap. A lot of potential with this coin.

Also, other privacy coins that are likely to boom this year are NAV (very solid and advanced project), XSPEC (a huge focus on anonymity) and ONION (the coin with the best community).

My thoughts on Zcash is very simple, it is a good coin for long term and also one of the coins that is a must to have in their portfolio because if you bought some zcash and its related coin like the forked coin then you already made a lot of profit and i think that in the long term it can make me more money because i am buying a few of it and mining the most of it and just holding them for long term position.

I think Zcash is a bit of a sleeper and doesnt get much attention
on BCT compared to other coinage, purely because of its high value.
A lot of people and new comers are looking for the 10X, 100X coins.

Its a well backed coin, everyone should have some in the portfolio!!

Yes, it is an interesting coin. In my opinion, privacy coins have a great future, as one of the biggest advantages of crypto coins is that it can return some of the privacy to users. The problem is that there are a lot of privacy coins, and some of them might be even better than ZCash, like ZenCash. So only the future will tell which of the privacy coins get the biggest market share.

In my opinion, it is a currency with an interesting project, but lack of updates, needs improvements, another factor I would like to mention, is that Zcash's expectations were higher, what happened in the middle of way?
