Lisk operating budget includes a paper kindly given to me by senior executive manger at Stiftung community meeting last friday, and according to that spreadsheet the labor costs for contractors will be limited to 5 btc starting jan 2017. This means foundation can spend no more than the amount mentioned to pay freelancers working for lisk. That's not a stellar sum but should be sufficient to repair a basin on the second floor of Stiftung headquarter.

He is CEO on paper. In reality, the guy is just a random vagabond once paid to be present in the list of directors, advisories and other parties connected to Lisk.
Someone just found a vagabond guy on the street and gave him $5 bill for his agreement to serve as a Lisk CEO so guy took a self shot and published it in the "meet team" section on ur site.
Afterwards he was given a food thanked, and left from Lisk office.
He was one of the many shills that were invited to put their selfies on facebook and linkedln pages associated with Lisk in exchange for money.
Most of them were homeless guys and barrow boys.
