During this phase, delegates will actively test the new core.

No date released for the TestNet. Maybe in june, I hope.

 Honestly, I've been with the ICO with my LSK and I'm not liking the DPOS system. The community has no maturity to vote. Delegates do not follow what they say. Nothing changes! I see delegates enriching for themselves and do not collaborate for the growth of LSK. In addition, these delegates are accumulating more and more voting power and voting among them. The community is slowly losing space. It is very difficult to move 30 million votes. People are in all parts of the world. The system needs to be improved.

I am wondering if this article is a result of the latest interview with Max. Good read, but I dislike that the article make it sound like, that there are only Max, Oliver and the legal guy Guido. The author should have mentioned that the team growed from 2 to over 40 people within the past 12-24 months. Kudos to the whole team!
