This is great news. Lisk may be more advantageous than ETH being that dAPPS can be written in Javascript, i dont think i can begin to fathom the diversity of applications that will be created.

Can anyone confirm that the alpha version of Lisk SDK will be released on the relaunch event? I have seen somewhere that infromation, but I can't find it anymore..

More then 2 years and still holding. I think this coin will be huge in next few months and I also think its possible to reach 10B market cap. Lisk got some serious development behind, just look at their github... commits every day on multiple projects. I think this is basically most safe coin ever hold.

It's been in development for over 2 years and so far it is about as useful as any standard altcoin. It could be an ethereum killer but progress is kinda slow, is there going to be a beta or an MVP prior to the SDK release? Just wondering if there will be any ICOs released on LISK this year

There's no SDK per se, what we imagine as SDK is not just one component.Theres lisk core, lisky, liskjs, and lisk rebranded website and core 1.0 will most likely be released before the relaunch event on Feb 20th. Do we have to do anything when rebranding if we got our lisk coins on the nano wallet?

Just to confirm, the official Lisk Nano wallet is an online wallet? As I cannot see a back up save file anywhere, so need to trust Lisk completely as they store the coins on the blockchain?
Will there come a safe desktop wallet with a back up option so that the user controls the coins on their own pc? A hardware (Legder and Trezor) integration would also be highgly wanted.

Your pass phrase is your back-up It's like a Bitcoin private key. All you need to backup is your pass phrase, your coins are always stored on the blockchain, that's the same with Ethereum or Bitcoin. The pass phrase gives access to them. If you lose your pass phrase, you lose your coins forever. |
