I've been stocking up during the downturn, nice to get some lisk at sub-100k prices again - take advantage before 1.0.0 is released

Is it possible now to become a Lisk staking DPOS delegate? Last time I checked it was practically impossible.

At the current state, the delegate with the lowest approval has a 23.47% approval, which means currently, you'd need either 29 Million LSK on your own or the votes of that amount to barely make it. 29 mil. LSK is currently around 22600 BTC or roughly 165,700,000 Dollar.

Well that makes it clear that nobody can actually sign up to become a Lisk delegate, as it doesn't make any sense to spend 165 million $ on any crypto, even for a guy like Bill Gates.

And when, a year ago, Lisk was worth only 10 cents. Now it is probably funny to think about it. And now we need 165 million, it's crazy.

investors need to look at the bigger picture then. How long did it take for online payments to become widely adopted? Or webshops? Or the internet for that matter? It takes time to change the world

- Lisk continues its Core 1.0.0 development updates! HQ are getting closer and closer to the release of Lisk Core 1.0.0 to Mainnet, and now the latest weekly development update has arrived to detail the measures they are taking to ensure that the release goes a smoothly as possible. - Lisk A.I. sidechain tool's API connections completed! I mentioned in a previous update that a registered delegate named GNYDEVS is currently involved in building a new A.I. sidechain tool for the Lisk ecosystem. More details have emerged that their developers have finishing working on the API connections to the machine learning plug-in, and that an official announcement will be made by end of next week, including a white paper, and videos from their offices in New York. I hear that the machine learning is built around consumer behaviour and action, and can highlight activity patterns in real time, so it can often see fraudulent users, for example. But this can extend to all manner of data, for instance predicting required stock, much like Amazon's algo. But that it is tending to be far more accurate, as Amazon's software is out of date according to the developer. I'm really looking forward to next weeks announcement.


- Lisk sidechain project MADANA opens ICO whitelist! MADANA is due to be one of the first major dApps to be built on a Lisk sidechain. This platform for data analysis using Blockchain technology allows participants to get in on the data market with their own data, whilst simultaneously preserving their privacy by design. The token on this sidechain will be the Privacy Analysis Exchange Coin (PAX).  “Even with GDPR in place, data security is still a paramount concern that costs the world trillions in recovery every single year,” said Dieter Schule, Co-Founder and COO. “We will expand upon this base and create new opportunities for industries to buy GDPR compliant data”. The redistribution has started, if the smart contracts go live on the main net, hundrets of projects will migrate to waves, the DEX volume will explode and attract huge attention because billions and billions will flow in the waves ecosystem in the next few years imo.

Lisk is still in the building phase and it is building an exciting project. It's value is in the team and what they are building.
