Seriously people? Basicly all ICOs had this policy in the last two years. Developers get funds after succesful launch of coin.
Why? Because othewise all people tend to do is scream scam, so it doesn't work any other way.

Well I wouldn't!  Not if there's a financial plan for the money involved.  And even so (that the funds can be used from the launch, which still is ridiculous, cryptoland or no cryptoland), they can still give us an insight of people involved and investment plans.  This would mean more trust, less shit and more credibility.
