Maybe more precisely not fully fell, I saw the difference yesterday the price of BTC rose to $9300 everything looks normal there is no alts down, but instead there are some coins that go up.

I wouldn't say parasites, these delegates are simply part of the existing bad DPoS.
But these people are useless for Lisk and every voter has the choice to vote wisely.
