What is truly purpose of this project ?
Did you read the main post from OP? then you will get know the answers for you question. or you can read my quote as I mentioned below for more information about your questions. Lisk (LSK), founded in early 2016 by Max Kordek and Oliver Beddows and headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, is a blockchain application platform that seeks to make blockchain technology more accessible to the masses. Lisk focuses on user experience, developer support and in-depth documentations. Lisk’s SDK kit is written in JavaScript so as to allow developers to easily build blockchain applications on the Lisk blockchain and even deploy their own sidechain linked to the Lisk network. The open source Lisk blockchain platform is powered by Lisk (LSK) tokens and operates under the Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) consensus model to allow for its network to be secured by democratically elected delegates.

What is truly purpose of this project ?
I suspect there is 'some' if not 'a lot' of befuddlement about the purpose of the project at this point in time with the latest dump in price. With Bitcoin looking like it is going under 9K, I expect a lot of 'angst' soon about 'dubious' progress on this project...likely and unfortunately will relate to price...likely downward.

Old Style Legacy Plug & Play BBS System. Get it from www.synchro.net. Updated 1/1/2021. It also works with Windows 10 and likely 11 and allows 16 bit DOS game doors on the same Win 10 Machine in Multi-Node! Five Minute Install! Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)

no need to celebrate this? Like Coincheck, Binance is another leech which encashes a few % of the low Lisk rewards for itself now. Only ultimate noobs which are not even able to set 101 delegate checkmarks at the Lisk wallet should cheer. While any other smaller voters´ rewards are shrinking now, just as the sense of voting their favorite delegates - Coincheck and Binance can now dictate who will forge and who won´t, trough the huge assets of their cold wallets. Several standby-delegates already started with begging for the exchanges´ votes, lol. So on the whole? Another "great" progress for the awesome Lisk "Cartel" DPos. 💩

I should dump my LISK .. I paid 25c per lisk, for it on the ICO..but they seem to be having even less progress than usual...it looks like the slow wind down to 'dead coin' status. I should have 'obviously' sold Liks when it was like $20 or whatever it was, but alas, I drank the kool-aid on this and other sh*tcoins and was in HODL mode for too long. The fact that they ONLY toss-up announcement 'blurbs' here on this thread on Bitcointalk I guess is evidence enough they really don't want to get into the ifs/cons/prospects of a LISK discussion on here of any kind, is also kinda obvious they really don't give a frack about pushing their supposed 'hot' project anymore. Sad. Brad

This is a good deal for those holding a lot of lisk, passive income via PoS is trending now on many different blockchains, another good one is ONION they have staking on Kucoin. Lisk might increase their price with this new staking option.

We would like to announce the start of a monthly Lisk POC bounty by GDT. Apply for a fund up to 2000LSK.
Projects need to apply before the end of each month. There is no focus on a specific theme, use your imagination! We'll choose a suitable project https://twitter.com/LiskGdt/status/1237096522384396288

Lisk Unbiased-DPoS Update for March 2020 After Binance has already voted for all 101 forging delegates, Coincheck has originally voted only for the 46 Elite cartel members. But today they´ve also extended their votes to all 101 delegates. Thanks to the huge voting power of their cold wallets, the forging delegates are more or less "bricked in" now - so from now on, exchanges decide which delegates will come in and which ones must stay outside, while they similary encash a big part of the voting rewards for themselves; for smaller voters, only dust is left. So "congrats", another big "milestone" and new level for this shitty, unbalanced and unfair Lisk cartel DPoS-system! 💩💩💩

But anyway, it's not change nothing, because if they vote for others persons, they won't forging anyway, so much votes need now

Can you explain how the new consensus will work? 1 vote = 100% 2 votes = 50%+50% rifght? If so it will be very nice. So I can vote for 1 delegate with higher percent.
