I personally don't know if i could trust xapo... I've used it for a few transactions. The feeless transfer to other wallets is nice, but that's exactly the point i'm curious about. I prefer the old way of transferring bitcoins. There always has to be a fee or it isn't a transaction. I hope you get what i mean.

Honestly, I like to store my Bitcoin on an online wallet. I do understand that it's not safe, that's why I also should store my Bitcoin in an offline wallet.

I store my bitcoins in a online wallet, its the best way.
Don't store your coins in one wallet.
If you get hacked they got all your bitcoins it would be very bad.

It wouldn't be safe to store all your coins in an online wallet. Yes, it's best to keep them in separated in different wallets.
If you don't use your coins just store them on in an offline wallet.

Well it is not recommended way to store really, if you're storing only a small amount then it is fine but you should try and use desktop wallets, they're much safer and easier to use. The safest way to store coins actually are in a cold storage but again it depends on the quantity.

i used to only have one wallet on blockchain.info online wallet, but as my bitcoin amount grew, i moved to Electrum and paper wallet for more security.

You did the right thing. People who keep them in web wallets are either not aware or don't care or are living in a false pretense.

I keep most on an old mobile device, not connected to the internet and is just kept on my drawer with some passcodes needed before you can open it. Idk of that's a great thing to do, but I find it easy to send in times of need than a paper wallet.

I store them in a online wallet its the best to store your bitcoins.
Plus its also easy to use and fast.
The only downside is that the wallets can be hacked so don't store all your bitcoins on one wallet.

It's very simple

Online wallet for small amounts (for practical purposes)

Offline cold storage for big amounts (not practical at all, but very secure).

Storing my BTC online in a PC wallet currently "Electrum" because it's just a fraction of BTC currently and constantly using it so need a fast method, If I store few BTC then paper wallets or offline wallets is a good idea IMO.

i store my coins in Android-based wallets such as Mycellium. Bigger ammounts I transfer to my Trezor divice, which is arguably the most secure way to store coins in existence.

I just keep my bitcoins in Xapo vault. I believe it's an insured one. So, keeping bitcoin there gives me the advantages of mobility as well as cold storage.

I have  my small pocket money wallet online, and a hardware wallet for my savings...
I think thats the best solution in terms of security and ease of use
