I store them online in an online wallet "blockchain.info" but they are just a small amount, for any larger amount I suggest saving them in an offline wallet or even a paper/hardware wallet.

I store small amounts of coin online at Coinbase and then once I get to a larger amount (~2 BTC), I transfer them to my Trezor.
I have tried a couple of hardware wallets (Ledger and Trezor) and to me, the Trezor is by far the best.

it's very bad idea, you store your bitcoin at exchanger..? at BTC-e market..? i suggest you to withdraw your money from BTC-E to blockchain wallet. better you save /store your bitcoin at full acces wallet like blockchain.

storing bitcoins in online wallet is scary. its better to have full control of you private keys , armory is a good one, i also use mobile wallets it comes in a handy.Mycelium,Xapo and Blockchain which keeps your bitcoin keys encrypted on your phone, and backed up on a web-based server.

btc-e is a third party. but it seems they are very reliable. many big trader who hold their bitcoin more than 100 BTC on there. but I think you should be careful to third parties mate

Hello everyone as the title says ^ Do you store your bitcoins online or on a wallet on your computer, perhaps cold storage?
i stored online.. but think need create wallet on pc I also store some of my bitcoin at online wallet i also store it at usb type thing wallet. Its called trezor its safe and really good storage. Its good to store your Bitcoins at your own PC and I know you are careful with it. But the online wallets are safe as well. It will be good if the online wallets will be more used in the future. So we can make Bitcoin more used and more popular, and that would be perfect.

online wallet is safe way to storemy bitcoins,i know its not the most, but i think its more simple,i'm ever forget my disk or my flashdrive, but i never forget bring my phone, its why i more likely to choose online wallet than papper wallet or hardware wallet, for cold storage,i think i will use it if i have more than 10 bitcoin.

The best thing that you can do is just store your Bitcoins at an online wallet. That is the best way to do it. And it is also very good to use and easy as well. But everyone have their own choice so I respect that.

I agree with you that using an online wallet has some advantages like it is accessible everywhere. but not all online wallets are the same, one should choose a wallet that gives access to his private keys so he will have the full control on his coins. but wallets like coinbase and xapo, I do not see any difference between them and PayPal

Hello everyone as the title says ^ Do you store your bitcoins online or on a wallet on your computer, perhaps cold storage?
i stored online.. but think need create wallet on pc if you've been wearing a lot of authentication in your online wallet like I did in blockchain is using SMS verification each will be logged. I think it's pretty safe and you do not need to make a lot of wallets again

If you forget bring your phone or lost your phone, you can't open your online bitcoin wallet. Better using other authentication imo.

The online bitcoin storage was safety enough. But if you want to make a wallet in your pc is not bad. You can also print out the key to login so that you can't forget it.

There can be a backup code in case the phone lose and can change the verification code into another phone.

Many people store their Bitcoins at a online wallet and that is very good. Some people also store them on their own PC that is also good. But using the wallets are the best and that is very good. It is also very safe and secure and that is important.
certainly save on the wallet is very important do not store other than in the wallet. many people are saving at the gambling site. because they do not provide for fee withdraw and there is also a store in exchange. I ever met someone who does that. I would suggest it is too dangerous for your bitcoin mate
