That actually depend on a certain person because any currency or valuable asset can be use for illegal activities and that act is something prohibited by law and when a person caught having an illegal transaction using bitcoin he should be prosecuted but it will not definitely affect the market of bitcoin, hence we will improve the circulation.

This is a virus/malware which encrypts your data and the hacker requires from you to send xBTC to his address in order to give you a key that can decrypt your files and make them to be accessible like before.

well bitcoin can't spend itself nor have brain neither,it doesn't make sense if government will eventually ban bitcoin due to bitcoin ever being used for illegal activities,if that's really happening then they should also ban those local fiat,its function is the same and ever getting used for criminalities

Illegal activities are not only criminal things related to drugs and weapons for example.

In some countries gambling can be illegal, sending money outside the country can be seen as something illegal, and more cases like these.

Also, Bitcoin not getting banned due to it being popular doesn't make any sense since it's the government that decides on whether or not to ban Bitcoin.
