in fact i also never notice any person who is using bitcoins for illegal activities but still i can say that it may be used for illegal activities just like other fiat currencies that are also used for such kind of activities.

Problem with this question is we are looking at bitcoin being used for traditionally illegal activities but bitcoin can easily be seen as a illegal activity in its self.
Recall the big music download era where pedophiles started sticking files in peoples music for defensive reasons or at least thats how I saw it without understanding another reason they would do it! Often wonder if bitcoin was traced and they went after everyone that touched that bitcoin at one point,not understanding the technology or claiming not to understand well prosecuting a wack load of folks.

All illegal activities are bad stuffs so don't get wrong yourself for believing that there are illegal activities which can be good to our lives. And criminals are wise enough whether it is with fiat or bitcoin. In reality, bitcoin is really being used and abused by those type of people just to get satisfied their own purpose for being related in illegal activities.

If you get caught you will be jailed but not bitcoin, it is not bitcoin's fault but yours. Even if fiat we can use in illegal activities and what more with bitcoin, what you need to do is just to be responsible enough so you will not suffer the consequences, bitcoin is freedom but we have to set limitations.
