$1 is many years away. Dollar parity would be a 13 billion market cap and that will not happen soon.

To get to $1 in 12 months, XVG value would have to increase by something like 10 SATs a day. That would be awesome but I don't see it. Unless there is a massive increase of crypto value across the board.

Perhaps this will help a bit in conceptualizing what now seems to be an obstacle in the minds of some.

What happened to these MarketCaps in a years' time?  In mathematical terms it's called "Logistic Function" or in other words it's the theoretical curve of adoption for a new idea or technology.  Following the curve we're now entering the "Early Majority" phase.  Over this phase and the next the growth is exponential in comparison to other phases in the cycle.  

We can then conclude, following the above theory that a 13 Billion MarketCap is not far fetched - Of course that's considering the basics remain in place; to say Active and Meaningful Development and Community Involvement and Support.

As to the $1.00 mark.  No particular fixation, just keeping in line with the definition of a goal: "Goal setting is the process of establishing an outcome (a goal) to serve as the aim of one's actions".  I'm glad to see though that the $1.00 mark is estretching the imagination of some in this forum.

With a market cap this size it aint gonna reach $1.00 within 12 months sorry. Lucky to get to 30c if being honest. (Which would still put it around top 10)

yes, I think so. it can hit 0.3$ at the end of this year and it needs more time to reach 1$ . I believe in This Dev because he has worked hard for this project . I'm waiting for new actions coming in next weeks .

I think Verge volume will stay high because Zpool has it on like 3 different Algos and a lot of people use Zpool to hash coins so your going to have a lot of volume on Verge as long as people use Zpool.

The power is in the community, the community can take VERGE wherever they want, it's not an arbitrary matter it's more like a destiny reached by intent.  It's time to lift our sights to the new numbers coming in.  1.7 Billion out the door - We're starting to see the "Early Adopters" part of the adoption curve.  This is not BTC holders cashing-in to a new coin, this is fresh money, BIG MONEY, starting to come in.  This leaves us with a small window to stay relevant as a currency, if we don't start thinking BIG, we'll be left behind.

Just think:  Let's go to work as a community and let's make this happen - many of us could be millionaires in a years' time.  The Dev Team is onboard so the question at this should be "how could we speed things up"?

Good deal.  Wether $.03, $.30 or a $1.00 it's gonna need continuous aggressive action.  Things in the space are now moving faster than ever and we need to stay relevant - not a second to sleep.  It's gonna take Mining as well.  I remember buying my ETH Rigs last year at around this time and thinking I had made an error, specially after the ETH/ETC HF.  Today at $400 a pop I wished I would have purchased an army of Rigs.  The Verge Network needs Mining support from the community, a year from now we might be pleasantly surprised.

The coin is under PoS so it ll alwys grow.
This new coin or a competitor to XVG was born end of last year, November 2016.

I would think these two coins would be great, I even think the other one is better.

I believe the objective of this thread is to make a case for VERGE CURRENCY.

I put all my money in at 193 sats and paniced at 128sats and sold. Will buy back when its at 128sats again. Was just too weak i guess.

I love the new Website but what happened to the ROADMAP TIMELINE on the Website?  A "roadmap" without an "accomplish by date" is like a peanut butter & jelly sandwich without jelly.
