If you want to increase the weight then Banana is the best option for you,it has high calories and some fat and carbohydrates in it as well and it is healthy fruit so will no cause damage to your health as well.I used to eat banana with milk when i was a skinny guy and this surely helped me put on some weight.

Most fatty foods is mutton and pork. But the paradox is that, despite the heavy lamb fat, it is very well accepted by the body, and even useful.

Try and drink alot of water before your meals to fill you up before eating.
And start eating the healthier items on the plate first, like vegetables etc.
Then eat the least healthy item last.

I don't think rice is good for fat. At least not white. But what is really good is tuna fish. Zero carbs, high proteins.
