Avocados. One medium avocado has approximately 23 grams of fat, but it is primarily monounsaturated fat.
Walnuts.
Plus other nuts, like almonds and pistachios.
Nut and seed butters.
Olives. ...
Olive oil. ...
Ground flaxseed.
Salmon.

eat all of these  to make  you feel better.

Hello! I am also new, and I advise you to go with a specialist, a nutritionist is the one who can best guide you on nutrition, because it is not about whether you are fat or skinny, but about how many proteins, carbohydrates and fiber you have in your body, besides of sugars and many other factors, each body is different

Rice. Cheesy we, Filipinos are one of the major consumer of rice and it can relieve your hunger can balance your diet if you properly consumed it with other foods. The alternative we have for rice is smashed corn. Cheesy

Foods that can lead to obesity or gain the fastest can be divided into two main categories, namely foods high in sugar, high in fat or sodium. High sugar foods such as simple carbohydrates, which are easily absorbed as calories (energy) by the body. Sweet foods such as sparkling, candies, pastries, processed foods including fast food are in this category.

Foods that contain high sodium will cause the body to retain water, which is known to make fat faster. Some of these foods include salt, processed foods, canned food and meat. Food-based fatty creams, saturated fats and fatty meats can also lead to weight gain faster.

His sabbaths eat, beef and goat are usually high in saturated fats. Particularly, if the kit partakes of meat containing a lot of fat, such as sirloin, rib eye, and T-bone. Eating high-fat meat every day can certainly make our cholesterol levels increase.
