1.fish because fish contains omega 3 is good for health
2.avocados that have lots of potassium and fiber, so avocados can lower bad fats and increase fat both good for the body and also can accelerate the nutrients from other foods.

If you eat just pure vegetables you will more in likely to burn those fats but to make it faster you need to exercise daily to get those muscles and burn that fat.

Eat fresh vegies and fruits. Stay away from sugar and white flour. Eat raw nuts (chestnut, hazelnut, peanut, etc.).

And more important than all of these; eat olive oil as much as you can...

consume Milk
