I think the best is pork, vegetable oil, foods made from meat, butter .... vvv Maybe you want to gain weight, you eat full of nutrients, exercise regularly. Your body will be healthy and will gain weight.

If you want to gain weight eat foods with alot of calories but if you want to loose weight eat vegetables and fruits and only boiled chicken.

Well citrus foods can increase your metabolism quite a bit helping you to burn fat but a high protein diet with  a caloric deficit is the best way to lose fat.

Eat carbohydrates and protein DIRECTLY after the exercise. It is necessary to replace the glycogen or sugar in the muscle that runs out when we exercise. And the protein is needed by the muscles we just 'broken' with heavy exercise

If U want to get fat the best option is to eat a lot of carbo, not fat!! especially before sleep, our body has a natural process which defends organism from surplus fat. The best are chips,cookies. If u want to lose fat just do not eat junk food and try it healthy and less. I can guarantee you that you will lose weight.

I can say that if ur into late snacks in the evening  u can replace every chips or  snicker bars with smth more healthy and  not that bad to the taste( ex: u can try like evening snacks like almond, pumpkin seeds, some cornflake cereals, some warm milk, and also u may wanna drink some  water with lemon, but not lemonade just lemon and mint ) and drop the Cola to a low level of drinking or actually try to replace with homemade juice from orange, carrots , apples etc

Good health is a result of selecting the right foods to eat, keeping your body active and giving your body adequate time to rest (you can't run a car 24/7 and not expect it to break down, so's your body, don't abuse it). as for foods to eat, go local. eat what is locally abundant in your area. vegetables, fruits, grains and nuts, meat and fish are all healthy. balance your meal (it can't all be meat nor it can all be grains, each has a contribution to make to your general well being).

Eat the #Vitalik Buterin diet of dark chocolate, avocados, nuts and green tea and you'll lose fat fast. (Might become a genius too)

1. vegetables for example: broccoli, beans, carrots, spinach
2. fruits example: apukat, coconut, beetroot, pineapple, cerri fruit, cucumber, grape, apple, papaya, orange, banana, tomato old, watermelon
3. other types of foods and beverages for example: yogurt, green tea, soybeans, asparagus, sweet potatoes, black beans, boiled potatoes
