anything, just add cumin spices in every food you will eat and you will not gain weight.

Well i think eating vegetables is good for all kind of fats with some exercise every morning.

My personal suggestion is that you try to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. You can make smoothies or shake made of fruits and vegetables, which is very good for conditioning yourself in the morning and is very healthy. Plus, it's delicious.
