That without question is meat mix with rice with regular exercise in the morning.

dont eat food rich in fat content.. increase ur food menu in fibres and almonds and mutton which contains good cholestrol more than an other meat.. eat a portion of all type daily but in small quantity.. this will not only help u to maintain fat control but also will keep you energetic as well

There are some good for fat there are 1. vagetables 2. eggs 3. Beef 4. milk 5. pure water e.t.c if any one eat those they wear be fat.

I tried all kind od diets in the last 10 years, and found the Paleo diet the one that made the biggest difference, better bodyshape, fitness and overall health.
