Eat more mate and instant foods everyday. I guaranty you will become fat in a short of time but of course it is not healthy for your body. You can try to eat more vegetables and rice then exercise and sleep more.

I think natural food as much as possible. And especially vegetables + various natural juices from them. This is the best advice, which I know.

Fruit, vegetables, rice, lean meat.  For supplements the basics include fish oil, multivitamin, and protein supplements.

Eat avocados, eggs that are inexpensive but high in protein; nuts like almonds and walnuts.  Do not forget olive oil and fatty fish like mackerel tuna and salmon.  These fish are full of omega 3 fatty acids.

I don't genuinely apprehend why do you want to be fats? this will chance your health and shorten your existence. but i can apprehend if you just want to put on weight and build muscels.

Fruit fruit fruit fruit fruit and more fruit.
Also ginger is good. But fruit is the best, you can eat as much fruit as you want.
My thyroid was dead, my colesterol was very high, eutirox was causing me more problem than benefits.
So I started to eat a lot of fruit and now I'm good, incredibly my thyroid started working again and my colesterol returned to good values.
I eat normally(meat, cheese, fishes, pasta, rice, eggs, coffe, tea, a cup of wine and so on) at breakfast, lunch, and dinner time, but I also eat a lot of fruit during the whole day
avoid industrial shitfoot and substitute shugar with honey(real honey from bee not shithoney from sugar)
If you are hungry eat fruit, if you are very hungry eat more fruit.

I selfproduce fruit vegetables and meat(pig, goat, sheep, chicken, duck) in a natural way so my food is very healthy.

Of course you should avoid fatty foods especially fast food. Something more extreme is to try to be vegetarian.

bean and yam are very proteinous food, good for fat and healthy living, but i would recommend rice if you are already fat.

Cheese, eggs, nuts, salmon, tuna, sardines, mackerel, trout, avocado, olive oil, whole milk, full-fat yogurt, dark chocolate, butter and  Lays low-sodium potato chips.  Also, bacon is a must.


Thanks a lot cause it was also very helpful for me. Also I want to increase my weight.

Fish, almonds/almond butter, coconut, milk (omega-3), eggs, olive oil (as you mentioned) for cooking.

Vegetables and fruits, seafood, are very good food. If you want a healthier body, then reasonable exercise and avoid smoking and drinking is the key!
