Guys,

Totally new into this forum. I would like to know about some foods you advice which is really helpful to build good health.

Thanks for your reply.
some points you should take care of if you want to loose fat.
1. Less intake of carbohydrates.( Wheat/Rice)
2. Zero sugar intake.
3. Less fat intake( oil/butter/cheese)
4. Eat in difference of every three hours.( not full stomach but divide your full day diet into 4 steps)
5. Take eggs with or without york.( 5-5 morning and  evening)
6. drink lukewarm water.
7. Dont sit just after eating and take green tea/ black coffee just after it.
8. Take brown bread as a substitute for normal btread and brown rice instead of white rice.
9. Boiled chicken with pepper salt.
10. If vegan then boiled veggies with salt and pepper.

Ultimately take High energy low fat diet.

This helped me loosing 8 Kgs in just 15 days without any change in my normal lifestyle.

Try and drink alot of water before your meals to fill you up before eating.
And start eating the healthier items on the plate first, like vegetables etc.
Then eat the least healthy item last.

dont eat food rich in fat content.. increase ur food menu in fibres and almonds and mutton which contains good cholestrol more than an other meat.. eat a portion of all type daily but in small quantity.. this will not only help u to maintain fat control but also will keep you energetic as well

Avoid Rice items, potato, Non veg specially chicken and mutton, junk food like burgers, oily items.Try to eat different types of fruits and green vegetables and most impornt run atlst 2km daily.

Im confused, are you trying to gain weight and become fat or just gain mass? fat would be fried food or fast food. mass would be foods rich in protein such as red meat and chicken.

you can eat junk foods like burgers and pizza that will gained you more fat I'm just curios a lots of us always wanted to know how to burn fat but in your case you wanted to gain it. you can also use my bff google to help you. good luck

Steamed vegetables, Fish curry But not Meat they have fat, Ignore the quick foods, Ignore the foods like hot dogs, Rice is good But Don't it much. Eat Vegetables and do some exercise under the guidance of  physical advisor

Foods that are good for fat are foods that contain lots of carbohydrates, if here is rice. yes, nasih made of rice!
