guys, any masternode setup guide on vps under Linux which works? found one from feb 2016... seems little bit outdated.
It is not outdated if you are talking about this post: http://bitsend.info/forums/index.php?topic=5.0. It has some unnecessary information (e.g. information on how to compile within the main content of the post) and needs to be re-written. However, the procedure should be the same (more or less at least). Feel free to ask us for help on Slack if you are stuck.

Since Bitsend does not have an updated and user friendly masternode setup guide like Transfercoin, Bitsend fell behind in market cap to Transfercoin. If it was easier for noobs to setup a masternode, there would be more people that would hold on to their Bitsend. Check out this YouTube video https://youtu.be/WXggprkVdnM

Regarding the Nvidia miner, the code (still WIP) is available here: https://github.com/LIMXTEC/xevan_ccminer. The miner has not been compiled for windows, and requires testing by people who have Nvidia graphic cards. I honestly don't know where to even begin to compile it, but if anyone has a pre-compiled version to share I can test it on Windows and report bugs and results. Alternately if anyone can point me to a thorough and detailed guide I'm willing to try compiling it.

just to name few... also architecture is not clear at all, many components are there which are not there in other projects, small comments were extremely helpful to understand e.g. for what I need LIMX???
If you don't know these things without a guide, I guess you aren't familiar with Linux then. This is why I said it has unnecessary steps. Since Bitsend does not have an updated and user friendly masternode setup guide like Transfercoin, Bitsend fell behind in market cap to Transfercoin. If it was easier for noobs to setup a masternode, there would be more people that would hold on to their Bitsend. Check out this YouTube video https://youtu.be/WXggprkVdnMNice Plug, doubt that has anything to do with it..... This is nonsense. I've briefly looked at the video, and I don't find it noticeably easier. Setting up a BSD masternode is as easy as it gets. yeah I agree needs more better development
It is being worked on and already has better development than most of these altcoins.

I using one bitsend masternode can at least gain over $100 per month of passive income Since Bitsend does not have an updated and user friendly masternode setup guide like Transfercoin, Bitsend fell behind in market cap to Transfercoin. If it was easier for noobs to setup a masternode, there would be more people that would hold on to their Bitsend. Check out this YouTube video https://youtu.be/WXggprkVdnMGood criticism, I'm going to try to think of does I able to make an easy guide for setup a masternode for noobs

Voting this, hope to see BitSend at more exchangers BTW, this is novaexchange. Great idea! Could you PM me the link for this vote (so I don't have to look for it)? I think a small supporter campaign for this would be nice and would get us listed very quickly. This is the link for voting on nova exchange: https://www.novaexchange.com/addcoin/I voted too. Now it's 78/250. Vote! Vote! Vote! voted 109/250 done

Please create an account and vote folks, you can also vote daily so it won't take very many of us to get to that 250 mark. This benefits every user of BSD and only takes 5 seconds per day once you create an account (which only takes 2 min at most).

BSD Bitsend 2017-03-20 21:29:23 Voting... 123 / 250 We are halfway there, we have 492 members, I wonder why these people are not voting for BSD at Nova exchange, this should be mandatory to this members, they are getting paid through airdrop and yet they won't do anything? What a shame . If only all these members vote, it won't take 1 day to meet the minimum requirement to be listed.
