I don't consider trading as gambling, because gambling is a lot more risky than trading. With trading you can earn if you have good knowledge and you study the market , but gambling depend only in luck
that is right. although having risks only is not the difference between gambling and trading. risk is only a small part of it. the risk that is not predictable and which is very high is the first difference and the fact that you can never predict the gambling results is the second and bigger reason for it. |

Sometimes is has the same risk because in trading you will start with a big amount of money to be able to take advantage on the price fluctuation and you are happy when you earn at least a certain percentage of your money while in gambling you start with a little amount hoping you can grow it to a bigger amount. I think they are quite similar. |

Trading and gambling is different in my opinion and I would never consider trading as gambling. Because calculations to win more uncertain trading than gambling. Gambling is just a game and profit out or loss depends on luck. While trade we can analyze with certainty that if we could analyze well certainly we will benefit. But trade is better only for a short period.

Hey people, I've always been a huge gambler. I like creating useless schemes (as we all know bank always win ^^) and betting whole nights long in order to find THE right way of betting. But I need change, I can't bet over and over on the same game cause after I see that nothing can be done to change the odds, I'm bored. So I thought a bit about trading and I started not so long ago. and it feels a bit like a betting game without knowing the odds and with an infinity of parameters! Does anyone else takes trading as a gambling game?  For me gambling is different to trading. Because in gambling you are just looking for a sheer luck to take home a big amount of profit. Wherein trading uses analytical thinking, knowledge, research and skills to have a big profit. Trading risk is much more lower in comparison to gambling. Trading also involve a big risk . You can lose serios money with trading if you are doing something wrong. Still gambling risk is bigger of course trading is really risky and i think that if you dont have any required experience then you will not be able to actually make good profit |

yes im agree with you boss trading has a big difference with gambling why because in gambling is where you can easily earn more profit or you can make more money than your getting on your office per month and gambling you can also lose that fast because you're thinking that you can win and you always follow other and while in trading you can hold or buy and earn more bitcoin or altcoins |

Just leanr how to play poker if you don't want to consider your gambling as luck. All other forms of gamblings except poker, don't have any skill involved, it's just press go and test your luck, no way to influence your luck any other way, so it's out of the question that it requires any sort of skill.

But I don't agree with your statement that if prices fall, then they will go back because you can check many stocks which have come down to almost nill and finally companies are closed. Also if you see bitcoins prices were 1200 and until now still we never reach near to that price level so trading is also very risky if you don't take action on right time. |

But both are not exactly same because if you got a better knowledge of trading than you got more chances of winning money in trading but in gambling only luck can bring you money so they got similarities but not exactly same. Gambling should be used only for fun but not for earning money. |

i think in trading when you buy some altcoin let say in rate 10 satoshi with amount 1000, and then in 15 minutes the rate is down until 8 satoshi, we are lose in money, but actually we only change our money with altcoin and i am sure this altcoin will be get pump soon or later. so we still get altcoin in our wallet. but in gambling, when you make a bet and you get lose, you loss all of your money, nothing left. and there are no hope that your money will get jump soon or later like altcoin. both are too risky, but we should reduce the risky to play safe and we should not lose all our money, but maybe for small amount. |

For me, yes. Trading is same as gambling, but trading don't have a big risk like gambling. Trading is also gambling because you also do a "bet" like gambling and also predicting too.
im agree with you because in trading you can minimize your lose you can just buy alt coins example you gonna buy 500 alt coin which is the price of that alt coin in bitcoin is estimated 0.005 or more and wait until the coin will pump in gambling you take a big risk of your money where you gonna win or lose. |

nah trading is like gambling because you take the risk of losing money too but in trading the difference between that too is in trading you can easily grow your bitcoin there depends on the alt coin you are going to trade with and in gambling your playing your money where theres a big chance of losing it. They are the same in terms of having both risk on lossing on your money but in trading you could do smart trade which could possible give you profits and you could minimize the risk it depend on your skills and luck also because in trading you need also luck. Gambling is just a pure luck game but not all some may need skills and experience like poker and sports betting. |
