Could you try loading the admin page from your phone or a different PC? As you said the browser tab has v1.0.8 just above the refresh button, it may just be a browser cache issue.

For reference, the only change from v1.0.7 to v1.0.8 was a USB serial fix so the temperature reading works in that mode. The WiFi modes are unchanged.

Speed settings

• Fast:                       2 s per coin, 7 s per Cycle phase
  
• Medium (default):  4 s per coin, 13 s per Cycle phase
  
• Slow:                      6 s per coin, 17 s per Cycle phase

Mine came in the other day. The internet at the office has been wonky and we are waiting for a new fiber pull (yeah nobody here cares) so I have not been able to fully set them up.
Was going to bring them home but actually was working on my home network this weekend. Doing a new Ubiquiti home lab (yeah nobody here cares about that either).

Hope you get your internet issues sorted, Dave. In the meantime, a phone hotspot could be a temporary option.

I've run one off my mobile hotspot before and it worked fine. It can be a bit fiddly if you're doing the setup from the same phone that's providing the hotspot. I think I turned the hotspot on first, then did the setup.

Actually, this would be a good chance to test https://afkdata.com/serial. It lets you enter the Wi-Fi credentials over USB instead of through the Wi-Fi setup, which avoids the same-phone juggling altogether.
