This on the exchange deposit address, can anyone help please?

It's been more than 20 hours

Usually those means that the account hasnt been used, without a single transaction usually gives those, if you had used the account you sending the mrai, well check if you havent copied it wrong.

Are you talking about Mrai? The first time I deposited to Mercatox it took 3 days for my mrai to arrive in my wallet at Mercatox. So it is possible.
But I suggest you to contact the support of Mercatox, because it's been over 24 hours now, if you have the hash id they can look it up for you.

Are you talking about Mrai? The first time I deposited to Mercatox it took 3 days for my mrai to arrive in my wallet at Mercatox. So it is possible.
But I suggest you to contact the support of Mercatox, because it's been over 24 hours now, if you have the hash id they can look it up for you.

My connection is fine and i am using version 7.8.0 raiblock wallet.

I think better save Seed

You can copy the seed to your clipboard in the wallet by going to "Advanced" -> "Accounts" -> "Backup/Clipboard wallet seed". It whould be copied to clipboard, then paste it to any text editor and save in safe place or print.

Thats the problem you were using a old wallet the 7.8.3 version is very fast to sync the blocks, all you need is to download the new one and run it while other version are closed, but sure save your seed is always a good way to avoid any possible problem.

After installing the latest wallet version my wallet synchronysion was very fast.Now my wallet blcok count is upto date and i received some pending mrai that i had claimed days ago.thank you for the help bro.

so i tested out mercatox since more than a week ago. i have tried a minimum deposit then i also tried a minimum cashout of 100 XRB.
after several days the coins were still not in my wallet. their support gave the has number of the withdrawal and it says in the block chain the transfer is not yet pocketed? is this possible? i already synced and unlocked the wallet still the coins wont arrive. can anyone help?
