Trying to send Rai/xrb on exchange it says
This account doesn't exist on the blockchain yet.
This on the exchange deposit address, can anyone help please?

Usually those means that the account hasnt been used, without a single transaction usually gives those, if you had used the account you sending the mrai, well check if you havent copied it wrong. |

Usually those means that the account hasnt been used, without a single transaction usually gives those, if you had used the account you sending the mrai, well check if you havent copied it wrong. Copied wrong what the address? When I send should I sent mrai or Rai? |

Are you talking about Mrai? The first time I deposited to Mercatox it took 3 days for my mrai to arrive in my wallet at Mercatox. So it is possible. But I suggest you to contact the support of Mercatox, because it's been over 24 hours now, if you have the hash id they can look it up for you. |

Are you talking about Mrai? The first time I deposited to Mercatox it took 3 days for my mrai to arrive in my wallet at Mercatox. So it is possible. But I suggest you to contact the support of Mercatox, because it's been over 24 hours now, if you have the hash id they can look it up for you. Ok thank you so much. What if I sent Rai would it should up? |

Minimum deposit at mercatox is 100 mrai if you sent 100 rai your deposit is lost, i had said several times mercatox has some issue with crediting the mrai. |

I'll update here after i see any improvements.Thank you for the link Thats the problem you were using a old wallet the 7.8.3 version is very fast to sync the blocks, all you need is to download the new one and run it while other version are closed, but sure save your seed is always a good way to avoid any possible problem. |

How do I backup all it?
If I use "backup in wallet" only the first address but not all addresses.
