so i tested out mercatox since more than a week ago. i have tried a minimum deposit then i also tried a minimum cashout of 100 XRB.
after several days the coins were still not in my wallet. their support gave the has number of the withdrawal and it says in the block chain the transfer is not yet pocketed? is this possible? i already synced and unlocked the wallet still the coins wont arrive. can anyone help?

Bro no worries, I was with that situation, it takes 2 days to be done, I deposited 760 MRAI, after 2 days completed. I created a ticket to them and you only say "My deposit is pending" then they work on it.

Its something at your connection, but well with those blocks it should take a few hours to end, i do mine sync all days and it takes 10-20 minutes.

Minimum deposit at mercatox is 100 mrai if you sent 100 rai your deposit is lost, i had said several times mercatox has some issue with crediting the mrai.

Mercatox idea is good and could be implemented by other exchanges that will accept mrai,it will not cause clogging of deposits,besides mercatox is a new kid in the block we should be grateful that this exchange is patient to accept mrai compare to cryptopia.

Mrai= raiblocks= XRB, its all the same, at telegram we do speak at trading room as mrai, since our wallet does shoes mrai, rai and another unit, i dont know why the name of the coin isnt mrai at all, anyway not a big issue at all. About mercatox well since the begining they arent able to get a stable api to credit and handle mrai at all, soo you deal with them at your own risk.

How do you know it's in full sync? If you can make transactions it doesn't mean you are syncronized. Check block count

People losing coins while sending XRB to Mercatox  Exchange .Please, attend! Transactions with amount less then 100 XRB will be always Pending status. their node and script are not configured to accept transactions with amount less than 100 xrb.

All i can say to you is to join telegram, then you must join raiblocks channel and there ask for help, there are usually a person or two able to help you with those issue, its wizzard since 7.8.3 is the best related to the sync issues, did you try to reset, did you check the peers as well, anyway go to telegram to better support.
