Xrb community did wanna a good exchange to trade after the process of being delisted from cryptopia, but well instead a good place we found an exchange with a lot problem and a person not able to make it work, the worse is that they still with costumers funds, xrb and bitcoins, when the right thing to do would ask people to cashout their coins, but might be the problem around the long improvements.... again.
You are 100% right and I think that mercatox deserves red feedback for all this mess. This is completely unacceptable behaviour, I was lucky enough to withdraw my funds just few hours before crash. So I have no reason to post negatives but it is totally reasonable for all those who where "locked" to leave some appropriate trust on their account. Obviously avoid aggressive words/treats, be informative. I think it was a little to much for such small exchange, huge traffic plus volume... maybe they somehow run out of funds? (if even possible) Hope that this will be a good lesson for us all and for owners of Merca. Don't rush next time. I agree with you mercatox cannot keep up with mrai,we really need a good arrangement from a big exchanges, they have the expertise and the manpower to handle massive trading, anyway what is the latest update about mrai now? Will they keep mrai or just delist it just like what happen on cryptopia.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Honestly I don't like this rule but we cannot do anything about it,now only those who has the time and a good connection can accumulate mrai, only those who has a team and where ten to twenty people working in one wallet can payout ,the word associated to this coin fair distribution is now gone.

How should I do the post request for a captcha pool website? should I assign each account their own xrb address or can I give all the same without messing it up?

I know this is to encourage the use of captcha pools which in turn reduces network usage. How does this change benefit people who are claiming? In terms of fairness and other factors, how is this distribution method an improvement to the previous distribution method? I just want to see it from the perspective of the devs, as there may be benefits I and other people might not have considered

I think you are a little to pessimistic in this case. From what Dev said I understand that people with, lets say 100 captchas solved per day, will get their raiblocks eventually. No empty claims, that would be disaster. Now you wait for the coins 24 hours, after said change you will be waiting few days (assuming 100/day) and your address will pop in the place of top 60 (at some point). I think its a good change. Less tiny transaction of 10Mrai and such -> better network response, not to mention lower load on faucet servers. Hope that this info isn't April-fools joke

No 1st April prank Advantages of new system: - Users will join mining pools to be more comptitive -> less faucet server load - 60*24 max payments for faucet node -> shorter payment duration and less node load - Captching pool born -> third part developers can start their own business Little disadvantage: Normal user will have to join a pool to be competitive, but will get anyway their pay in long terms because non-top 60 accounts will cumulate claims until them are top 60.

You can claim tryng to be in the top 60 or join a captching pool. I don't think you understood what I meant but let me say it another way. If I, for example, have a captching pool that I own with 10 users that claim about 10 claims/min each. Which makes the website want to send 100 Grecaptcha.response(from the same IP). will it ignore 85 of them? And can I give each user their own XRB address that they claim for. without confusing https://raiblockscommunity.net/elaborate.php ?

No 1st April prank Advantages of new system: - Users will join mining pools to be more comptitive -> less faucet server load - 60*24 max payments for faucet node -> shorter payment duration and less node load I agree this would decrease network usage. Are there not other methods to handle increase in server load / node load that don't affect distribution? i.e. to reduce load on faucet node load, can another trusted account be created which can act like a mining pool in terms of payment distribution? Say you had 500Mrai to send to 1000 accounts. Instead of the faucet node handling all the load, 500Mrai can be sent to trusted account which distributes it to the 1000accounts. Not sure if this is possible? - Captching pool born -> third part developers can start their own business
How does this benefit the majority of claimers who don't know how to start a captcha pool? It affects the majority of people who will experience a loss of earnings through the use of captcha pool Little disadvantage:
Normal user will have to join a pool to be competitive, but will get anyway their pay in long terms because non-top 60 accounts will cumulate claims until them are top 60.
In my opinion, it makes joining a pool mandatory. The top 60 accounts creates a threshold that people have to meet. Depending on the threshold, it could be quite difficult to for people to meet. the threshold could be 500, 1000, 2500+, hard to estimate right now. If someone didn't want to join a pool, they would have to meet that threshold. Can you say it is fair if someone has to make 2500 claims before they see any Mrai?

Nothing really change, just minor captcher get paid slowly than before. The other option is find a captching pool. I guess some devs are starting their own captching pools.

Exactly, the 1% who has the most resources and money gets the cheese. While the 99% gets crumbs. This is the reality. No such thing as fair distribution. Instead of buying the latest iPhone, consider investing that money into captcha pools. Capitalism at its best. No more freebies for you.

Yes. Then that's not bad at all. I think it's reasonable. The only issue would be if A LOT of users start claiming, then may be will need to expand from top 60 to more.
