is it ok now? how about the secuty about the exchang? now Looking at chat, there seems to be some people who are receiving it right so we can now try merca service? base on what i read there's already members here who already using their service and already got btc in return, its great news if they can solve the problem with delayed and the community also avoid spamming their system, hope this is a new beginning for Mrai holders.

No, you cannot use mercatox deposit address to get your claimed MRAIs. There is a specific note about that on their site.

We should discourage using wallet exchange to claim mrai,this was very rampant when mrai was still trading in cryptopia,the staff cannot keep up the hundreds transactions going in and out,it could happen so better use our desktop wallet for now.

If you had read the last pages and mercatox rules about xrb deposits you would already know if you make such you will loose your coins, soo dont even try, there is two options at the moment, telegram wallet, and download wallet, one has a tiny fee of 5 mrai transaction if im not wrong, soo you dont need to abuse exchange adress. Mercatox has more issues with their api them really helping mrai community, they have 700k deposited and only 10% looks like had been credited at the exchange.... while this problem keeps its better to use telegram with escrow transactions.

Did you check if you're fully synced? Open your wallet and go to to "Advanced", then compare the number you see (at the left, on upper part of wallet), with the number you see at the top right of this page : https://raiblockscommunity.net (blocks). If they are not the same you still behind.

I am using wallet v7.8.1 on windows 64bit. And I have already used it for a month and it works normal until 2 days ago. The status is snychronizing like forever (even on the "Advanced" section the block count showing the exact same number with raiblockscommunity page). I tried to restart the wallet, and nothing's changed.
I saw the release of v7.8.3, should I install it to fix this issue? If I should install it, how can I backup my wallet? How's the step?
Do I need to uninstall the old one? or just overwrite the the old one with the new installer?
Please help me.

Yes, install 7.8.3 Backup: Unlock wallet with password, if locked. You can copy the seed to your clipboard in the wallet by going to "Advanced" -> "Accounts" -> "Backup/Clipboard wallet seed". Then paste it with Ctrl+V in text editor and save in safe place https://github.com/clemahieu/raiblocks/wiki/Wallet-BackupsInstall , check everything OK and uninstall old version
