Bitgrail scammer confirmed. From Nano team: Official Statement Regarding BitGrail Insolvency On February 8th, 2018, the Nano Core team was informed by Francesco “The Bomber” Firano — owner and operator of the BitGrail exchange — of a loss from the BitGrail wallet. Our team promptly contacted law enforcement and we are fully cooperating with law enforcement on this matter. From our own preliminary investigation, no double spending was detected on the ledger and we have no reason to believe the loss was due to an issue in the Nano protocol. The problems appear to be related to BitGrail’s software. We had no knowledge of BitGrail’s insolvency prior to February 8th. In our conversation yesterday (which you can find attached here, this link has been edited to redact a private email.), Firano informed us of missing funds from BitGrail’s wallet. An option suggested by Firano was to modify the ledger in order to cover his losses — which is not possible, nor is it a direction we would ever pursue. BitGrail is an independent business and Nano is not responsible for the way Firano or BitGrail conduct their business. We have no visibility into the BitGrail organization, nor do we have control over how they operate. We now have sufficient reason to believe that Firano has been misleading the Nano Core Team and the community regarding the solvency of the BitGrail exchange for a significant period of time. We will not be responding to individual posts or accusations by Firano regarding this situation. We are preparing all information we have on the matter such as blockchain entries, screenshots, and chat logs and presenting them to law enforcement. 17 mln nano is what only 100+ mln .. you don't notice 100+ mln leaving your exchange and its all in 1 wallet ?
I cant believe he is not involved.
Bullshit like "We do offer our full and sincerest apologies to our customers" I do not buy , he knew this long before that's why everything was locked up he probably needed time to cover his tracks.
He also asked everyone to verify After he knew he didn't even have the funds probably so now I send all my personal info to a thief god knows what he did will all that info or .. in his story the people that "hacked" him did with that info.
So now I have to assume I will never see that money again.
If there are people willing and able to take legal action against him I will be happy to contribute. (no bullshit sub 100 post account please.)
Ps I'm also wondering people that got their accounts liquidated before did they actually receive their funds or all those all stuck pending ?

hahahaha ... I had warned ALL and they did not listen to me, all those who are on Bitgrail's twitter account did not listen to me and they lost everything!! Idiots I told them cash out now on January 13th... The owner stole the 17 million, will be imprisoned for about 5 years in Italy for fraud and it is not safe, then when he leaves in 2024 he will be a millionaire because the Nano will cost at least the same as today. .hahahaha ... so I heard that a coin that I traded for a measly few satoshi way back when you can solve one captcha to get 5~ coins is worth $10 each now. I still can't believe it! I'm glad I still have some leftover in my wallet. what a fortune. hopefully the early adopters don't get weak hand and dump (one still have 3M in the address that they used to trade with me). congrats guys.  |

The only reason why Raiblocks is not getting dumped to hell right now is that you can trade it on Binance and other exchanges. Not interested in buying this dip until the early adopters will be compensated in any possible way.
