Basically, Ripple is miles ahaid with a software ecosystem built for companies and big collaborations like with MoneyGram.
Facebook is more known to public, but it has to do a lot of work in their backend since they're entering the space much later. Their name alone on the other hand will open doors easier than in Ripple's case.
In any case, right now XRP looks like it's going to be mainly used by companies (and end-users will benefit from XRP without knowing it's used in the backend) and Libra will be for mainstream users to play with through Facebook's games and chats. Ripple network certainly has years of experience behind it. Whether it can offer something different and maintain an innovative approach always staying one step ahead of the competition is to be seen. I hope XRP remains in the top 3 crypto by market capital for many years to come and matures in price. The fact is that Libra aims to reach too large a range of users of famous social networks. In addition, users of cryptocurrency will join this community, who have long wished to use cryptocurrency as a means of payment. Here the Ripple has a huge rival. |

I'm here because I just don't like scammer. Scammer have to be arrested in prison.
You may like or not the project but as far as i know there are no proof there is any scam. Unless you know something we don't XRP is a genuine solid project with a future unlike 99% of the crypto out there that are either trash coins or useless coins, or both. It isn't even a true cryptocurrency though. It is nothing like bitcoin. I'm not saying it won't pump again to $3 but I'm not a supporter of what ripple is at its core. |

I'm not sure if your being sarcastic or not! I see a lot of posts from people I've muted, I suppose those are FUDing like crazy? Personally I'm mostly positive, a bit worried about if people can see the things the way I do, but mostly positive. I have lots of users on IGNORE because of the negativity surrounding this or other projects. Thankfully I can easily skip past their posts. Like you I am also positive especially when it comes to XRP and the price  |

It will only take months for libra to take over what ripple had been working for years. If you go out the open and ask about cryptocurrency right now in your neighborhood, today those who aren't in crypto now knew what Libra is while it doesn't exist yet. But XRP which had been here for more than 7 years is not even heard by these people. XRP is no match to Libra, this will just be one of the not used coin very soon. Moneygram can even partner up with LIbra as well.

XRP will be providing the mechanism for Ripple to flourish.
I hope XRP continues to dominate all crypto except Bitcoin and continues to change hands with Ethereum for the #2 and #3 places on CMC by market capital biggest crypto.

The only thing i liked about ripple was i used this for transfer from one exchange to another because of low fee + fast speed + high liquidity. But after BNB chain came into existence i use that only and that is faster and cheaper than XRP and have many use case as backed by CZ himself. So its price movement is just pure speculation and it is definitely not the currency of future. Investing now may be good because of its price and then wait for bull like 2017.

While in an upwards trend inside an ascending wedge, it is ideal that bulls take charge. That demands an upward correction as XRP spike past 50 cents. It's a bull trap. |

Currently #3 now but was holding #2 spot in the past months. Indeed it's a good investment as the price has dip already, there's no significant increase thus far and based on trend it could increase even if bitcoin is not increasing, it's a kind of independent coin and I think one big pump, XRP might take the #2 spot again. |
