I have to ask once again, because my last post has been ommited in a river of spam.
Does with full node come PoS mining?
"Waves is a LPoS (Leased Proof of Stake) cryptocurrency that was fully premined. When users mine Waves, they receive the transaction fees created by senders in exchange for maintaining the Waves Blockchain.

In a Leased Proof of Stake environment, users can choose to be a full node and use the balance from other users to stake Waves for a greater profit or to lease their Waves balance to a full node in order to receive transaction fees without having to run a full node. This system allows anyone to participate in the Waves network maintenance.

Waves can be mined this way in any computer or mobile device that has an internet browser, since Waves provides a lite client solution that does not require Miners, that are leasing their balance, to storage the whole Blockchain.

It's not possible to mine Waves, currently, since the full node code has not been released, the full node code is expected to be made public within the coming weeks.

When the full node code and Tech paper is released, we plan to fill this page with a complete guide on how to mine Waves."

https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/guides/how-to-mine-waves/

Thanks for the explaination. I never knew the algo of waves until you mentioned it.
If i have the chance, i may participate to mine waves. And so this is how important full nodes are for us. But then again it could be released next week? If nit then probably next week again Cheesy

If i bother with decent i will just wait untill it releases and then tanks. No point in buying it at ico price when the majority of icos go below price as soon as they launch anyway. You never know i could be wrong but its hard to find a successful ico these days and im doubtful that decent will be one of them although im sure it will recover at some point. In the meantime feel free to collect some waves while they are still cheap. You've just had an excellent opportunity to buy in.

There will be a new ico on Waves platform every week, no need to find other platforms that have not gone through all the rigors of testing.

Why don't you just get your ico's to list as a waves asset and forget about the whole losing game of platform jumping.

I'd say we have hit the middle ground right now, bots  are starting the long rally until news drives the price one way or the other.  I have seen enough to believe that the next movement can only be up...  that is unless bitcoin busts into a multi thousand dollars bubble.

Yea, I just hope that Waves start to deliver. And shut mouth of people after all. We are in november now. As far as I remember the full nodes circus with statements of them being released in "2 weeks" etc, started in july...

And it's hard to take the CEO seriously now. It will take lots of sucess from Waves team to change that.

Actually that was a misinterpretation of sasha's words, in July he meant that he was publicly releasing nodes to testnet which he did.  The rest of the time it was his misunderstanding of the difficulties that would arise from using an alpha scorex platform....  the price reflected that during those months but now testnet is finally running stable and the final release there on Monday should *I hope* resolve the rest of the minor issues and get us full nodes and assets by the end of November.

Those that have been following on slack know this already, but there has been little news on bitcointalk, and when there has been news it has be quickly drowned out.
BTW it's still october
