Anyone having trouble with the Lite Client ? I can log in but balances don't show. I deleted the account and restored from the seed and nothing show. Not even the history.
I just login to my waveswallet.io and everything is in order my balances are intact and the exchange is working smooth and perfectly check if you have the right wallet address in your seed this usually happens when you out the seed and the wrong wallet appear and you proceed login in. waveswallet.io worked perfect. I was trying to use the chrome extension. I uninstalled the extension and reinstalled but nothing. There must be an issue with it. I use a password manager so it's not an issue of extra spaces or anything like that - install Waves Lite Chrome plugin - enter your seed (copy paste or type it) and a password - does it show the right address? It's working fine over here. Yes it showed the correct address. Yesterday when I was having troubles I also copied the address into the waves block explorer and it showed correct balances. I am not concerned with it now that I can get access through the waveswallet.io The lite client always worked fine before and actually stored the address so all I had to do was paste the password and it would work. It must be something on your side, probably your client can't connect to a node properly. Try to reset your modem / router, check the firewall settings, did you install an update of your security software thay may cause it? If nothing works, try it on another computer / laptop. |

What is you expectation for the end of the year?
What should happen for price to increase?

This is another big move by the waves team, first burgerking and now a solid gazprom bank partnership deal. We should expect a small price pump soon when this becomes more widely known. |

good things are coming just wait.. tokenomica, new ui, these new things will lead to price upward movements. i think by the end of this year waves will be $10. |

I wonder what will happen to coins like Dash, Monero/Bytecoin and ZCash when Waves implements the facility for anonymous transaction tokens.
None of them will have a USP any more - just a bloated blockchain.
It just highlights the importance of the platform as opposed to a coin, I guess.

If that was true there would only be a single anonymous coin in existence. Thankfully there ARE multiple projects, with varied approaches to developing and providing anonymous transactions. Some are better than others, some may have flaws others don't, and anonymity only works so far as you trust the code. Truthfully DASH's "anonymity" is functionally non-existent if someone was truly determined enough to trace the payment, Monero had their glitch early this year but are on track for a strong run. ZEC and it's derivatives are taking a novel approach to anonymity and have yet to be shown flawed to any serious degree, and the sleeper zerocoin is still out there too. I don't even know what form WAVES anonymizing functions will take (RingCT/ZEC/Zero/???) but I hope it's a strong implementation, and is just another of a growing list of useful features of the platform. WAVES real potential as I see it, is being first to market with a good looking, functional, and LIQUID decentralized exchange. Everything else should be secondary to that, there's other projects out there trying to build the same (BLOCK/ARK/etc...) and being first to market gives a BIG advantage. |

Right now, when you search for tokens in Waves DEX, only the verified tokens are shown with a name. Duplicate, fake tokens don't show up anymore. |

Is it true that waves team can delete a token if they want to?
I've read this earlier today from other thread for which they said WAVES isn't decentralized at all. There would be a chaos if this happen but its possible, isn't it?
