i made purchase on amazon.co.uk then i got charged in 9th may for all items i ordered then two days later i got mail from amazon.co.uk that my payment has been declined. then next day i got charged some more and now i have payed more than what my order cost. what a mess  just buy amazon vouchers for bitcoin, why do you need card for that... i do other payments as well not only on amazon but thanks for the tip. |

Its standard in the BTC-world to use new addresses for every transaktion.

I have several tickets open with Wirex since May 1. No response so far. One exchange is stuck in pending state and I can't access neither my BTC nor EUR balance. I wonder if there's something suspicious going on there? Their service is getting worse and worse. I'm with them for about 3 years already and I haven't had a single hassle-free transaction. Either connection error or some other issues. Can't be relied upon at all.

27% markup, is this not fair?
we are losing 1/3 rd of our Bitcoin withdrawal.

They are doing this now for a month, nothing will stop them now. There is no mercy from them. Just order another debit card. |

One error after another keeps happening in your website, just before few minutes i saw that markup has been reduced to 10% from 27% and now i am not able to login, it goes to 2fa step and then i get this error  and this error  Please fix all these bugs and let the users have a good and seamless experience. |

I use wirexapp for almost one year, since they were called E-coin and they always had a shitty service but always had the necessary to use it. Today I am done, I will clear how exactly this company is scamming people. Pictures were took in the time of the thread. Evidence #1: Money disappeard from my Plastic Master Card which I had $10 USD without using for some weeks, then it got reduced to $0.81 https://gyazo.com/fb3e528dce15a79d2dfda7afa811324cIn the evidence also are not showing my last transactions with the card (this got cleared so I can not claim how it disappeared) Evidence #2: Their ridiculous rates for BTC/USD card its almost 30%. Wirex should also offer competitive rates to the competition, if it does not give rates on par or better than its competitors Uquid, Advcash, Xapo , cryptopay etc etc, wirex customers will switch to better rate debit card.

You have to mail Wirex support to manually fix your balance and send them paypal transaction information (usually just copy info from paypal's email you got), it is not automatic. Strange, I know. Also, do not use word "paypal" anywhere in mail subject or body when mailing wirex support as system will automatically close your ticket - change to "pay-pal" or something.
