how to start trading with a very small amount

Who recommend you to do this? Is he a trader or someone else? Care to explain why do large amounts of capital will not work on low market-cap coins? based on your statement you are trying to move the market but when you have

a huge amount of capital, you can become a whale easily because it is has a low market cap e.g. $3000 market cap so you'll become a whale if your capitall is $800+

I am also not in favor of day trading. You should not be involving into day trading if you have no good grip over trading. I never suggest trading with bitcoins. If you really have craze for trading, go with altcoins. I only trade my coins when prices are high and that do only with bitcoins.
