I'm probably the only one, but my vote is to start the clock now for calculating returns for the investors. My thinking is this...if the clock starts now, as people learn about the coin this can be explained as a tangible benefit. Otherwise, they may just feel it's an empty promise like so many other coins make.

I'm actually of the same thought. One of the best aspect of this whole thing was the product was already there, working, and everything has been swift post the ICO, so I vote for getting the ball rolling immediately. Regardless, happy either way  Incase you missed it, the reason he is asking this. The 30% profit is for only one payout and it will reduce 33% fot 2 times after that. This means when they start the clock now, the current low volume will all be a part of the 30% payment. Making it small (since the UI is not ideal and there is no advertising done yet). So to make it simple. DO you wish a 30% payment from a larger amount or from a lower amount. (I did not invest) But the sensible thing seems to wait a bit till volume increases. You got plenty of time anyway as 1st payment will come after 3 months anyway so get cosy, plenty of time to go no matter how you look at it. |

Well i assume the dumpers are done. Time to push upwards!!! AND the GBT staking is pretty awesome right now, it seems only 10-20% of the GBT supply are currently staking  which means.... low difficulty  and more freebie blocks for the users staking which means.... 50-80% apr at the moment Dont sell... just stake, its the best opportunity to gain a bigger piece of the pie. |

Has anyone posted on the bitcointalk.org gambling section yet. Seems like the most logical place to advertise since well everyone is into both crypto and gambling.....and it's free advertising. Think the devs should start the post then we can post there as well. My 2 cents for the day

That's great news. I've just left my laptop running for staking, but I need to move to the pi. How has the resource usage been? I have a v2 Pi, but I'm thinking of getting a v3 Pi as other coins I staked on the Pi really pushed it's resource usage. |

That's great news. I've just left my laptop running for staking, but I need to move to the pi. How has the resource usage been? I have a v2 Pi, but I'm thinking of getting a v3 Pi as other coins I staked on the Pi really pushed it's resource usage. Can someone explain in simple terms how I can change the input in my qt wallet? What should I set the input at? I want to do this to increase my stake award. I am just a newbie at this . Thanks ! |

Question: is their any "weight" applied to how long you owned the coins in a specific payout period.....if not then the day the addresses are accessed for profit payout will be a define buying day on the exchages.

The same principle applies in real life where shares trade cum-dividend closer to the dividend payout date. There is normally a last day of registration. The price increase as registration date gets closer to discount the dividend. It would be possible for example to sign a message on registration date and do a proof of ownership to a certain address. The price will then drop after the date to compensate for the exclusion of the payout. |
