GBT is looking very nice. Daily, DAILY updates and strong price. I see the moon in our future.

Agree....but I sometimes wish we had a better exchange, those guys on Yobit wouldn't know a quality project of it bit them on the ass.....too busy pumping Bernie and a trump coin...

If this coin could hit Poloniex it would explode to I believe at least the levels of Bitcrystals around 3m market cap.

Yep, my thoughts exactly. A marketcap of 3 to 5 mil shouldn't be a problem.

So like every other coin .. polo will be the dream destination .. Cheesy

Most quality projects end up on Poloniex. Let's face it 95% of coins are pure garbage. Poloniex puts on real projects with real investors and real vol. Gamebet having a real site and business and also being something unique in the crypto world should have zero problem getting on there in time. I also think Poloniex tend to take coins after they have had their initial early rise and have become more established. Personally if it's not on Poloniex or has the potential to then I'm not interested. Gamebet I am confident will end up there, zero doubt. imo

Steps:

1) You ideally wnat all your coins in one address - this is more of a housekeeping issue.
2) Enable coin control
3) Select all your coins and send to your own main receiving address ie. send them to yourself

All your coins will now be in one block and in one address and staking after they mature. Only do this combination once. When you get stakes, the coins that stake will be added to the reward and the result split in 2. Then you have 2 input blocks staking. Leave them like that to keep on splitting and stake independently for the reasons explained in my quote above. Only when the input blocks become small (maybe 20 or so) can you go back to step one and combine them in a number of sizable blocks. With 250 blocks for confirmation of newly minted coins, it is in the interest of the network if everyone has many smaller sized input blocks.

You mean 20 GBT in one input block and not 20 input blocks, am I right?

If anyone is still having issues understanding how to use coin control, there is a great step by step tutorial in here.

I never bet in a system like this, always against the house with a point spread.  How exactly does it work currently?  No point spread? (For nba).  And if so then is it the cumulative of one pot for one team against the cumulative pot of the other team?  Ex. If a bunch of people bet a total of $100 on one team and a bunch of other people total 200 dollars for the other, if the first team wins do those people split the pot bet on the losing team (your winnings are proportionate to the whole pot)?  Really just need the cliff notes version.  Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Hi,

I noticed 2 games that are still pending, even though they've started / finished a while ago:

04/14/16      Invictus Gaming Hs VS Newbee HS   Newbee Hs       Pending...   Pending...
04/14/16      Not Today VS Pain Gaming   DOTA      Pain Gaming   Pending...   Pending...

They started over 12 hours ago and seems like those 2 games aren't updating. Other games have updated within 5 minutes, which is awesome, but these 2 in particular are having issues?

Thanks !

Dev do you stake with the coins which are not transferred off the website?
Do you split the reward or who gets the reward?

If you're looking for a fast answer (in case devs are busy), but please correct me if I'm wrong. Just eager to help people get set up and understand this.

For your GBT to be staked, they must remain in your wallet. Mine's on my desktop and off the website. Coins can't be staked if they're on an exchange. Once they're staked, you can register an address (coming soon) and it'll be paid out in BTC or in GG.

I did these calculations for myself because I was curious about how it scaled.

Say you have 10,000 GBT and there's an availably supply of 21,013,233 coins right now. So 2000 / 21,013,233 is  0.00047589%. So you have a 0.00047589 % stake in the company. That piece of the pie is yours and from now on, a company earning percentage will go to you. GBT on their announcement used an example of 10% level and the company earned $72,000.00 in a payout cycle that means $7,200.00 (10%).  So my stake of only 10,000 GBT right now is 0.00047589 and 0.00047589 of their 10% payout cycle of $7,2000 would mean I'd receive $3.42.

So to summarize, how much you earn is directly proportional to how much GBT you have and how much www.gamebet.gg is making. This isn't just buying coins, sitting on it, and waiting for it to go up. You benefit by getting 7% return annually through POS, you gain your staked % from 10% of their profit, and when you bet at their site, you're also investing in the profit / yourself directly.

GBT also said that the numbers from their alpha and other calculations were modest too. I'm not here to give anyone financial advice. But I hope you can see where this is going... There are hundreds of esport games played daily and it's an untapped market with the crypto world.

These guys might be very well the first people to allow just about anyone to bet easily on games. We're already playing it. Why not bet too right?

if you haven't signed up yet and found this helpful, let me be the man to help you out and refer you
https://www.gamebet.gg/?r=865
i'll send you 100 free gbt too after your first bet! Smiley

Thanks for this answer but thats no answer for my question.
I asked who gets the POS reward of the coins which are not transferred of the website.
On the richlist it looks like that the biggest wallet is staking. So I think that the devs getting a big interest on coins they do not own and I wanted to now if they spilt the profit between all people or if they get the staked coins

Hey guys, small update answering some questions.

People have been asking about how to go about receiving reward even if they have their coins held in their wallet. In the next day or so, we'll add another feature to the now temporary UI so that you can register your wallet addresses (by proof of signature) to the site and receive credit for them. There's no rush on doing this since the first cycle will not begin until we complete and finish integrating the new UI and can begin marketing. You can discuss more about this in #cycledecision https://discord.gg/0wRLI5uAyHw1dmI9

In regards to an on-site chat feature similar to Twitch this is definitely something that has always been a part of our plan. To elaborate a little more on this, the chat will be channel based where the channel will be determined by what match filter you have enabled (i.e. all, dota, lol) or if you're directly on a match where the stream is embedded. This will allow you to converse with other people of similar interest. Hopefully, things don't get too crazy like Twitch chat can be at times Tongue

We're going to be extremely busy over the next few days working on the platform and finalizing processing the perks so I may not be able to post updates as frequently as I have been. We've already put in the request for the Steam Cards and once we have and are ready to distribute them everyone will receive their other perks (SS, ref. % changes, etc) at the same time.

Remember if you haven't already, follow us on Twitter @Gamebetgg to always have the most up to date information; Talk to us and other members of the community on Discord https://discord.gg/0wRLI5uAyHxScJBD and reach our to your favorite exchanges and ask for GBT to be added. If you have any questions about anything or need assistance, feel free to send me a PM, email or direct message on Discord.

Thanks you for your continued support as always,
Daily Modo.

I know its been asked before. But is there a link to a complete explanation of HOW, WHERE, and WHEN the ICO participants will be receiving the dividends?

Thanks!
To give you a brief answer: We will add the ability to register a BTC address for an automatic payout of the reward - if you do not add one, it will be added to your account as GG which you can withdraw as BTC at your own convenience.  You can find out more about when by visiting #cycledecision in Discord - https://discord.gg/0wRLI5uAyHw1dmI9

What are you talking about?
This coin isn't even a week old what do you expect?
There will always be price manipulation, it's part of the game...but at this point I don't see anything to worry about.
So please, relax and stake your coins...

Lol,  I get price manipulation, but  when clowns start yelling this that and every other thing in an attempt to fud, to acquire cheap or keep price down, next thing is 100's of dumb half assed questions get asked in here and wastes everyone's time. The  "wait and stake " sounds nice (am doing it anyway ,thanks) but  keeping an eye on problems just makes sense. Its a slippery slope when gambling is involved from legal issues, then throw in scammers and thieves, ya following along blindly really makes sense, week old or not.
