of course it is possible. even bitfinex which has a very strong defense could be hacked. I also lost some of the bitcoin from my wallet. at that moment I opened my wallet at the new cafe, when I opened my wallet, no transaction would occur, and it turns out, all bitcoin I have sent one of the addresses I do not know. Well, a lot of great hacker out there, so of course it is possible

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

no its not possible or i can say if someone tried to havk then he needs a super computer nd it will take him around 3.5year to crack 1private key and i dont even kniw that if someone really done that then also will that address will have the balance or not :p

Or maybe you can have bad luck and someone create an address that you use, I know the chances are so low however it's possible.
If you have big ammounts, just split in a lot of wallets, if possible, paper wallets and stay safe.

I dont believe its possible to hack wallets, otherwise the hackers would already had make it happen, some exchanges got hacked because they let a hole in the security, some were able to recover others wont be able anymore, hackers can clone pages to steal credentials and just.

I’m not expert in programming but still I think (based on my little experience) that hacking bitcoin network is near to impossible but one can easily hack device or wallet of someone and steal the bitcoin balance. Hacking bitcoin network is difficult but hacking online & offline wallets are comparatively easy task. There are many methods to steal bitcoins and thus we should take precautions in order to keep our bitcoins safe from hackers or any accidental transfer.

If in case, the hacker hacked your device then there is a chance of him/her diverting the funds to their own wallet. But here you cant fault the bitcoin, as any web device is vulnerable to hackers.

Well with bitcoin core, since its a full node you let people connect to you, so im not sure about that. I use a firewall tho, and several other anti malware, anti ransomware, anti exploit, and antivirus software, so any strange attempts to change my registry would show up.

Its not really possible if they do not know any details, for the most part its laying at yourself if you are giving away information there is a bigger chance you will get hacked.

Just come it to my mind. is it possible? to get hook into your wallet and send some to another wallet? Undecided
Yes it is really possible, everything in internet can be hacked, but not all of wallet that hacked. Just divide your bitcoin in more than one wallet to reduce the risk. I tell you that it is really small chance to be hacked. So do not worry.

I think i never heard any news regarding an account being hacked, so the security of bitcoin wallet is still solid, the one that being hacked usually it's from phising site and suspicious link
And hopefully it will never being able to be hacked so we don't have to worry about our account

As long as it is online there is a chance that it can be hacked. An offline wallet is still the very best idea for you can just pull your LAN or if you are using WIFI you could just turn it off. Even phones could be hacked just by its signal what more with a computer that is connected online.

I think there are many ways to break into someone's account even though you do not need a computer but you know the method so you can hack, there are many methods such as phishing, etc, all that is possible dude so beware

I dont think Bitcoin can be hacked. They are secure or no one would spend so much time spending to earn them. Well as for hackers they can hack anytime and they would be using encrypted methods, like maybe send you a false link and you enter your password then yes it could be gone. Otherwise you can be sure, it's safe. Just don't click faulty links.

I think there is a possibility that bitcoin can be hacked by injecting malware to your system in search for wallet.dat.  there are cases in altcoin section where a newly launched altcoin have a malware injected in its wallet qt, anyone who run that said wallet have that malware triggered and a possibility of the bitcoins in their system being hacked.  So I think we should be careful in installing other cryptocurrency wallet in our system.

Bitcoin in itself has not been hacked, however there are a lot of ways for malicious persons out there to steal your bitcoins, for example wallets with malicious code, phishing sites, social engineering, getting your password through key loggers, etc
